I am extremely disappointed with these people. I got a quote from them And even set a scheduled time for them to come out 1/15/2020. Prior to them coming out I confirmed on Monday to make sure that they will come out. On the day of, they gardener did not show up an hr into when I was waiting for him so I called to confirm if he was coming or not. He said hello and I asked if the gardener is coming and he instantly hung up! I called from a different phone and he finally answered and assured me that he is coming and sounded surprised that he wasn’t there yet. I called the exact same # that is listed and he ended up ignoring it. So he/ they basically gave me a bogus quote that they could not fulfill and waisted my time thinking they were coming out when I could have been looking for another gardener the whole time! Do not hire these people, completely unreliable.

I am disappointed with this service. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I don’t like being disrespected. I call to schedule an appointment for an estimate, I was given a time to meet at my house with Mr Jimenez. I was out that day, but I drove 40 minutes to get home to meet him. He didn’t show, so I called. He said he couldn’t make it, promised to meet me the next morning. The next morning he didn’t show up and didn’t call, when I called him my calls went to voice message. I do not recommend this company!!
