Carson and the crew at ITM have always been so great to work with. They helped us transform our backyard at our old house and I couldn’t wait to work with him on our new home! We’ve already completed two projects including landscaping and a sprinkler system and hope to work with him on a few more in the future! One of the best experiences we've ever had. As time progresses and things change, finding a company who cares gets more and more difficult. ITM Outdoors cared from start to finish. This experience was personable. They listened and tailored designs to fit our desired style. Carson, Haley, Pop, and the crew went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were pleased. They worked our project as if it was their own. They cared about the details. They came highly recommended and we would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of outdoor improvements.

ITM did an HGTV miracle on our difficult yard! What started out as an unusable eyesore, we had serious run-off issues, couldn’t access our dock or the lake, had no use of our backyard due to steep slopes. Now, we have resolved all of the erosion and drainage issues, we have expanded outdoor living area, a safe bespoke playground and some beautiful plants! I can’t wait until next summer when we can finally enjoy lake-life.

Sorry but not sure how they are in business. I have been calling habitually for the past week and a half with NO response to include submitting an online inquiry.... nothing. I have called other companies but I have consistently being referred to ITM for the job yet they’re unresponsive. How does one follow the directions given to them per their voicemail to start a consultation yet, there is no follow up?

Carson and his crew are true professionals. Their focus on quality and their "can do" service attitude is refreshing, especially in these times.
