Weed Pro Lawn Care

We have used WeedPro for our lawn care for the past 2 years and have been very pleased with the service given by Jay and Fernando. After each application they always follow up with a text, identifying any issues and recommending solutions or additional applications. We would highly recommend both WeedPro and Jay/Fernando!

Twice in the past 6 months we had to ask the Weed Pro guy to redo their service. Two minutes on a front/back lawns is not what I expect for $60. Sorry Jay but I warned you the first time about it, only to get burned again 3 months later. I am not in the baby-sitting business so I suggest Weed Pro to get more reliable people. As for customers, please be aware what you are paying for.

What a frustrating experience we just had with Weed Pro. Our yard is in much needed care, so we hired Weed Pro based on their reviews. We weren’t impressed with their first visit, since they showed up before the given time window as I was leaving to go drop my boys off to school. I told the guy I was coming back in 15 mins and if he could wait for me so I could speak to him about a plan of action, but he said he needed to leave right away and was on a tight schedule. They texted my husband a few times and we just decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to yesterday, it was supposed to be their second visit to our house, so I was on the lookout for them all day. At 4:24pm, my husband received a generic text message saying they had completed a treatment. My husband quickly checked the ring cameras and realized there was no sign of them anywhere. Neither the front or back camera picked him up and if he was there to do a fertilizer treatment, the camera should have picked him up multiple times. We called to address this with the manager and they defended their contractor saying he was their most reliable and trustworthy guy, defending their contractor and dismissing the notion that no treatment had been done multiple times. They asked if we had a sign on our yard and we did, which is right where there’s a blind spot on our Ring camera, so the contractor must have not even bothered coming past that point. I realize cameras sometimes don’t pick up everything, but for BOTH cameras to NOT pick him up, when both cameras clearly picked up our lawn guys cutting and trimming the front and backyard thirty minutes prior is frustrating. If their most reliable and trustworthy guy did anything at all, it must have been at the speed of Sonic. We are getting our money back but wish we could have seen a different outcome.

I've been using Weed Pro for about 8 years across 2 different houses. At my previous address, the lawn really needed some help after we bought it, and in about a year's time, Weed Pro had it looking like one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. The lawn at our current house is much smaller but looks as good as the day we moved in thanks to their continued service. I appreciate the direct contact I receive from their associates, like Jay, who give me a heads up the day before they treat my lawn and shoot me a text right when they've completed it with details about the services performed. They've always been helpful and polite to work with. I continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Jay and his team are fantastic. I’m a builder and work on quite a few homes. I went with a new company (these guys) on reseeding about 8000 sqft of solid dirt. We are three weeks in, and it looks incredible. The best part: I didn’t have to manage the job. Jay hopped on the phone a couple of times with me, and has continued to respond and assist as we go. He even did a follow-up call to ensure all was perfect. Within a few days of the job, I let my personal lawn care company go, and hired these guys for my personal residence. I will use them for all houses going forward. Ain’t it great when you add a player to the team!
