Made appointment for a estimate. They never showed up. Called twice and left message for them to call me. Never called. Not dependable. Would advise against using this company

Hello Nelson, I believe that you did not speak with my company. I researched the phone number you left when you called yesterday to see where we were and there was not one phone call from you besides that and then there was one this morning which is the message I returned. I feel it to be not an honest review stating you would not recommend us and that we are not dependable when you do not know us, nor have you had work done by us. The time frames you mentioned are not time frames we use. 11 to 4. We do our estimates from 9am to 3pm with lunch from 12 to 130. It is even on our automated emails. Therefore, I have reported this review as not valid as we feel you do not know our company to be allowed to leave us a 1 star review. We are very hard working and do our best to accommodate our clients. Should we have accidentally missed you, I would have apologized and tried to make it right. But we did not miss you. We never heard from you or of you. Therefore this one star review is not fair or warranted. I apologize that it seemed you were not taken care of. But it was not by this company. We wish you the best in your endeavors.
