I waited 7months for an irrigation repair. Guy shows up unannounced and the. Quoted me $3k. I obviously declined and he still charged me $150 for a repair he never did! I’m currently disputing the charge with them. Good thing I have ring cameras. As for the law treatment. I’m nowhere near satisfied with the amount of brown patches in my grass and weeds in the shrubs. This is almost a year into the service , mind you. Never again!

Impressive -- the 2 guys that came out (initial and follow up visits) were super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, on-time, thorough, and very informative. Plus the cost is reasonable. So far, so good.....hoping the lawn care is as magnificent as the workers. Nice job guys!

I used Massey Services for irrigation modifications today. Doug Mitchell, our technician, is friendly and very skilled. He answered any questions and explained the work that was done in a way tnat was easy to understand. I am very pleased with the work that Doug did today.

Killed our grass bc they couldn't follow their own written instructions to not apply weed killer, admitted their mistake, yet won't fix it and expect me to pay for their mistake? Pay to replace the grass you killed!!! That bill is far more! Proof is in the pictures!!!!!! The dead lawn courtesy of Massey...if you want this done to yours and the regional mgr to think it's acceptable then use this company.
