Bad communication experience! Their website has very limited options for choosing the types of services one needs. Worse yet, I asked for a landscape estimate and it came back with "Can we add anything to your LAWN MOWING estimate?" So, I called them. A man answered with a very clear voice . I explained what I was looking for and he responded with something about what to do if I wanted a job with them. It was at this point that I realized I wasn't speaking with a human. It was an AI voice and the call was a waste of time. I'll find another landscape company.

I took a chance on Augusta after my previous lawn care guy didn't work out. This company is amazing. The crew are so friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to ensure my lawn looks perfect. I have a pear tree that had some dead branches. Without asking, they trimmed off those branches and took them away. They even blow leaves off my deck. I also appreciate how responsive the company is to emails and special requests. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Not a good company at all!! Employee started out with a No Show, No accountability bad experience all the way around. I would never give this business another opportunity!

They got us right on their schedule, they looked at the property, and went over what they could do to make it look top shape, and after only being here 3 times so far, the yard is 10 times the yard it was, than when we moved in! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Due to some medical issues we needed someone immediately to help us with our lawn care. We have never used a lawn service before but I heard it can be hard to get someone to your place quickly. Well, we definitely called the right people! They were able to get us in w/in a week, and they did an exceptional job! I thought for sure our wet muddy leaves would still be in the ground - not at all, they got ALL our leaves up! Our yards looks amazing; way better than what I thought they would. We cannot thank them enough for helping us out in a hard time and on top of that, doing a wonderful job as well. Thank you!!

As both a customer and long-time neighbor of Augusta Lawn Care, I cannot recommend them enough. When Andy took care of our yard, it was neat and clean. His team is thorough and consistent with no fuss, which is the highest priority for someone who is busy!
