I was really sad to cancel service before it got started because of your crew not showing up & if I could have waited for another crew/another appointment I would have but my situation was urgent, but once I got Zaitha, your customer service rep, she was so understanding & seemed genuinely apologetic because of what happened til I almost kept your service! In today's time kindness, professionalism & just grand customer service has become a rare quality that hardly exist anymore. I'm thankful to have had her assist me with my issue. WTG Zaitha. She's a keeper LAWN STARTER! 👍👌

My husband chose this service to get our lawn done. Last week we were told they would be at our house on Tuesday, I had to cancel my appointment for them to never show up. They promised to have our yard done by Friday. That never happened. We were told they had to find a whole new crew because the crew that was supposed to come was taking people's money but not cutting yards. We got in contact with them on Wednesday and they swore they would have someone out by this Friday. Well today is Thursday and they came out. The backyard looks decent and the front yard, shoddily done. Bonus round they want to charge us for long grass, but hear us out... we were told you would be here LAST week. Definitely do not recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience. First they make you have 3 cuts, not just 1. Then they drag it out for 3 months. They don't cut grass low enough. Then charge double for it being tall. Worst communication. Then had the gawl to try & charge me & cut my grass a fourth time. After I've done nothing but try to get those 3 cuts over so I didn't have to deal with the company anymore. And it's never the same person who cuts Ur grass so they aren't learning anything about how it should be done.

1. I canceled my service a week before they came out. So no one should have showed up. 2. Yard was too wet to be cut. 3. Spots all over the yard didn’t get cut. 4. No edges were done. 5. I even sent a message to the crew to not cut since I canceled my services 6. They took payment from my account and weren’t authorized to do so.

This is the absolute WORST company! They say they'll cut your grass and send a team, but no one shows up. You call their customer service - which is HORRIBLE - and they say they'll credit your account AFTER demanding a manager repeatedly and being told that they're busy. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone with service one day. Thought that after this they would be ok. THEY WERENT! If someone did show, they'd only do half the lawn and then charge you a high grass fee even though the reason it's high is because they never came out!!! Just the absolute worst. Don't do it!! BTW I also never saw a single credit...

I'm not one to normally complain or post complaints but these guys earned it. I signed up for their service to cut my lawn every two weeks. They gave me a four day window 3 days after I signed up. No one ever showed to cut the lawn. I called and spoke with customer service. Was told someone would email to let me know when the person would be out. Never heard back. Not sure how these people are still in business. Would never use.

This has been the worst experience I ever had in my life. This was my 1st and final cut. Paid for yard to be cut,edge, flower bed to be weeded and bushes trimmed. He trimmed the bushes and left the trimming in my flower bed and never came back to clean out the flower bed. My yard looks like my 8 year old cut it.Run away!
