Urban Landscape

I highly recommend hiring Urban Landscape for any outdoor renovations. They helped us redesign and remodel our entire backyard. I have never worked with anyone as communicative as them. We always felt like we were their top priority. They made sure to answer any questions we had. If they didn't know the answers, they would get them to us quickly. Since we had never designed a backyard before, we relied on them for a lot of stylistic guidance. We are super happy with all their recommendations. I'm sure we'll have more additions to our backyard in the future. Without a doubt, we will use Urban Landscape.

My wife and I hired Garett who owns Urban Landscaping after interviewing at least 5 different companies. Urban differentiated themselves by providing a 3D thumb drive of what the front and back of our home would look like. Garett worked closely with my wife for example using the same bricks that came with the house that surrounds the TV in the back yard. Urban also used granite which matched our kitchen granite and the end result was the flow of the design of our indoor outdoor looks absolutely beautiful. The landscaping and well as the hardscape came out superb and we frequently get comments from neighbors that we have one of the prettiest homes in our community which is comprised of 82 homes. This was our fourth new home and so we have been around the block with contractors. I rarely give anyone 5 stars but I have with Urban because Garret and his foreman Mario were able to customize our home so it is not only beautiful but functional as well. I can recommend Urban Landscaping with no reservations.

Urban Landscaping did a great job coming in at a competitive price compared to other vendors and understanding all of our needs for the project! From resurfacing our pool with new plaster, tile, and stone to creating stunning new planters and landscaping, they exceeded all expectations. The new turf and hardscape added the perfect finishing touches. The entire team was professional, attentive, and excellent at communicating through the entire project. We couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend Urban Landscaping for any outdoor project!

Just finished our front and back yard and I am absolutely in love! Urban landscape delivered a beautiful product. We had a very modern vision of what we wanted and they listened and made sure we got everything we wanted! Also thought the guys working every day were so sweet and hard working! Can’t wait to enjoy our beautiful yard and spa!

I just completed a new build and hired Urban Landscape to do both my back and front yards. Garett and Derrick were both great to work with. I had a small challenging back yard but they were able to turn my vision into what now feels like a luxurious resort. They were flexible and very accommodating throughout the process. The crew was great, they consistently showed up on time, worked hard and paid great attention to detail. Couldn’t be happier with the final product, highly recommend Urban Landscape!

I’m a general contractor and it’s hard to find a contractor that shows up on time to do the job they said they’re going to do within the budget that has been agreed-upon. Derek and his team showed up promptly every single day. They worked a full day he had a runner to fetch materials. They’re very courteous and professional - craftsmanship second to none. There were changes which if there was a change in price was completely talked about beforehand, and we were all on the same sheet of music every step of the process. When the job was complete, there were a few punchlist items that had to be fixed and all were corrected promptly. Outstanding experience, outstanding results I will never hire a different landscaper.

DO NOT HIRE. WE HIRED GARRET ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO, WE PAID, JOB STILL INCOMPLETE BY A LOT. STAY AWAY. Pool and lights do not work and he will not honor warranty let alone original contract. We are actively pursuing litigation to force Urban to finish their job. I have asked and asked for them to finish their pool + landscape + lighting as per contract, which he has been paid for. Garret refuses to answer phone, text or email. Contract estimated 15 weeks after receiving a permit. It has been almost 2 YEARS! JOB STILL INCOMPLETE. GARRETT ALSO TOOK PAYMENT FOR WORK NOT COMPLETED SO WE WILL BE GOING TO COURT.

Garett and his crew at Urban Landscape are unmatched in design, quality, and professionalism. I’ve worked with Garett for almost 20 years on various projects from full landscape and hardscape design and installation, to pools, spas, and our latest endeavor, interior and exterior custom home stone work (see photos). I am OCD to the max and when Garett and his guys are on the job I can rest assured knowing everything will be done PERFECTLY, with the highest standards. Everyone at Urban Landscape goes above and beyond to make sure all of my projects are completed smoothly and on time. I just can’t say enough…I appreciate everything Garett and his team has done and continues to do!
