James from Massey just did an excellent job aerating my lawn. We checked a couple super trouble spots, and he agreed to make several passes over each, which is very much appreciated. This company trespassed in a private, gated community to solicit despite the big no soliciting sign. Any company desperate enough to break the law to try to get business is very suspect.

2-14-24 Massey's irrigation services -- performed by JAMES -- was excellent as usual. He's always prompt, courteous, and diligent in reviewing and solving any sprinkler/lawn-related issue. He's a tech who believes in thoroughness and not just traditional baseline customer satisfaction but instead CUSTOMER DELIGHT. Yesterday he came by and reviewed each sprinkler head and corresponding donuts and replaced those heads that were damaged and donuts that were missing. He angled the heads so that their arch covered just the right areas and replaced those heads that were too robust for the job with new ones that provided just the right coverage. I'm very pleased with James' work ethic and request him whenever he's available. Hats off to Lucas for hiring such a fine Massey technical representative.

Communication is key to success, Tyler and Lucas are great at it. The reports they email are always full of detailed info, some of which I’ll never understand, however if there is ever a question either of them is there to answer it. Keep up the great work guys.

I should have never given the a second chance. Massey was a failure the first year. I complained and they agreed my lawn was terrible after a year of their "service". I've written many good reviews but there is NOTHING good to say here. Any good review must just be dumb luck. Every species of weed is thriving now in my yard and displacing the St Augustine. Basket grass, alligator weed, several types of fern, and some kind of ground covering weed. Literally everything but grass is thriving. I'll have to resod parts of my lawn. Huge bare spots and no grass where the weeds have taken over. Remember this is what they call doing better! I don't care about a perfect lawn but there is little lawn left! They simply make no effort. In the summer they do NOTHING as the weeds grow and take over. This is not a service, this is a fraud. And that complementary dethatcthing, yeah that doesn't happen either. I could post more pics but this shows some of it. Zoom in and you'll see how bad it is.

Massey's Palm Harbor office is amazing. As a customer I spoke with office Mgr. Kiley and field Mgr. Tyler two of the most professional people in the business. Tyler serviced my lawn , trees and hedges a couple days ago. He did an amazing through job. I like Massey because they CARE, you see fantastic results, Tyler is very professional, so knowledgeable, so nice . Tyler sprays my lawn , trees and hedges as if it's his own home. Tyler will tell you, "the proof is in the pudding ". As a customer, I see the wonderful results. I would Highly recommend Massey to anyone looking to have their lawn treated .
