Adam and his crew were amazing. They literally transformed my property in Pelham from the worst looking home on the block to the best! Adam was professional, thorough and had excellent communication throughout the process. His prices are very fair and the quality of work is top-notch! I am so happy with Edge to Edge, I will recommend them to anyone looking to give their home a fresh, new look and routine maintenance to the lawn/yard! Hi Debbie, I sent you an apology email early this fall for not getting back to you sooner. I apologize now again for not sending you a revised estimate. In the email, I outlined how our company went through a 3 month period when more than half of our employees had Covid. During that time and for 3 months after, I was personally dealing with long lasting effects from the illness despite being fully vaccinated. I readily admit that I dropped the ball on the estimate changes that I was working on for you. I am sorry for that and hope you were able to get your tasks handled by another company. We did not, however, engage in any business with you so I hope you will reconsider your negative review due to the extenuating circumstances. We take a lot of pride in our work, our communication and even in our previously 5 star google rating. We have an excellent level of communication and provide services to over 350 happy customers! Edge to Edge offers a a wide array of services, it's great to be able to use one company for every service and not have to hassle with using multiple companies. Very reliable and exceptional service. These guys are great! I have been using them for about 2 years. They are very reasonably priced. I have had a few things pop up in the yard and they respond quickly and will come out right away to check things out. My lawn is very healthy and almost weed free. Awesome!
