AAA took on an enormous job at the Ovation at Meridian community. Wayne and his crew are doing a tremendous job and are very polite and well trained with myriad types of plants. Our neighborhood looks beautiful.

Update in response to the owner: 3 of the pictures were sent prior in February and the rest of them were taken in March. How long does it take to do your job ? If I could give a negative star, I would. I live in Power Ranch - a neighborhood in Gilbert AZ. Our management recently contracted with AAA and agreed to pay them significantly more than the prior company. Since they have been on property - nothing much has changed. They over charge and under deliver. They attended a committee meeting and brought food … There are weeds everywhere - overgrown and the size of large bushes. Trees have off shoots that hit you in the face while walking down side walks. Dead bushes. I run everyday and they will see you and continue to blow in your direction/path. They have multiple vehicles in a small subdivision which feels excessive and not efficient. They will block the street.

As you are aware through your board meetings and discussions, our company began this partnership with Power Ranch just 90 days ago in January 2024. There are currently many deferred maintenance items that we are going through to get the community to standard. We indicated with the community that it will take about a full year to resolve these issues. As you sent some of these pictures in February of 2024, almost two months before today's post, the areas that you mentioned are not in the same condition as they were. Our team has worked diligently with the Community to address these issues. We just ask you for your patience and partnership as we go through our landscape cycles in the Community. We assure you that our company is more than capable of turning the landscape around to a high-quality landscape. We will be sure to address your concern about employees blowing debris in your direction while running. This is not a safety practice we endorse. However, we do thank you for your review in bringing these issues and will continue to be proactive in accelerating the process of getting Power Ranch to standard.

How disappointing. This company began servicing our community in January 2024. We are a master community with over 4700 homes. The first month they brought in their A team and worked hard. After 4 months it’s totally changed. The contract is not being followed and our community looks awful. Their tree service is the worst. They leave thousands of small limbs laying everywhere!! They agree it’s a poor job and still don’t clean it up. The lake areas are so sad now. We can’t even walk our dogs in the grass there now. So disappointed. It’s going to be a long 2 years!!

We understand that there have been problems due to deferred maintenance before our takeover in January 2024, but we want to assure you that we are working hard to bring the community up to standard. Our team has been cycling through the community to keep the landscape decent, but it will take at least a year to set it to standard. We are committed to our contractual obligations of maintaining the landscape areas of the community through our cycles. Also, managing landscapes goes beyond cutting trees and shrubs. We offer added-value services such as performing irrigation audits and managing tree inventory to fast-track the clean-up process of deferred maintenance in your community. We always directly communicate with your management company regarding all the landscape issues. Currently, we have to strategize and address issues of the utmost concern. We have already acknowledged your frustration with the tree service leaving small limbs scattered around last month from your work order. We agree that maintaining a clean and orderly landscape is crucial. We already addressed this concern with our arbor care team and found improvements in their cleanup process. We understand that the landscape issues can be frustrating, but we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to address them. At AAA, we partner with our communities to maintain and manage their landscapes.
