I've been using NaturalLawn for 2 years. Great customer service, the always do a great job, and my new construction (formerly dirt) lawn is improving substantially. Highly recommend!

Edit: A representative called me and I spoke at length to him. The email mentioned below was also sent to this individual as requested. Awful service all around. I sent a lengthy email to the sales rep back at the end of July explaining my discontent with the service provided. To summarize the email, I explained how each and every single visit I had an issue with how the lawn was being treated, pictures were provided to the company showing the swaths of green lines throughout the grass (pictures included in review) showing where the fertilizer actually ended up. If the entire lawn actually looked like that I wouldn't have complained. I do have quite a bit of clover (lack of nitrogen) and really thought this was something that Natural Lawn could handle, evidently I was wrong. After sending this email, a supervisor showed up to my house and agreed that my assessment was correct and that the treatments weren't up to par. I was assured that it's be taken care of and that this gentleman would come back to ensure everything was back on schedule. That didn't happen. I'm giving it two stars because the receptionists I dealt with were very friendly. Other than that this is a hard no for me. Very frustrating when you need to constantly call and follow up with statues of missed appointments / overall updates on the lawn. Would also like to note that a soil sample was taken by Natural Lawn on 4/19/23, tested by lab on 5/23/23 and later shared until 7/18/23. It wasn't ever made clear to me if the results were evaluated by Natural Lawn in order to assess what my soil needed to thrive.

Lawn looks better than it ever did, beautiful and healthy, customer service is excellent always return phone calls to answer questions I may have had. No questions asked when I asked them if they could come out and re-seed my lawn after an unexpected 3 inch rain storm washed the grass seed away that was applied a few days before, and did so within a few days after making the phone calI, I recommend using NaturaLawn of America and will continue to use them! 10 out of 10

I started my lawn service with NaturaLawn of America this year. My neighbor started their service last year and by the end of the year, their lawn looked so much better than mine. I have been very happy with NaturaLawn. My lawn looks great and I am pleased that their treatments are organic based, which is important to me. Their customer service is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to schedule my aeration after I marked my sprinkler heads and the last fertilization after my Halloween decorations were removed.

After 7 years of having Natural Lawns service our yard, I would expect our front yard to look much better than this picture. I have been complaining for 7 years and to be honest, I'm not sure why I keep using them to service our lawn, but this is what 7 years of having Natural Lawns service looks like. My final frustration was on the last visit, the service technician told me we still have insects in our yard and the reason the lawn looks the way it does. My question was why do we have insects after using your service after 7 years? Are you actually treating our lawn? I also asked the technician if he would accept his lawn looking like this after 7 years, his answer was a very quick No!! They also told me to apply my own grass seed this fall to correct the issue. So, after 7 years of using the same service and also prepaying every single year, I still have insects, grubs, moles, mushrooms and a lawn that I can't wait for a layer of snow to cover up the brown spots. I have been following all of their recommendations too. Would you accept a lawn looking this?

Two years in and I feel the lawn is getting worse. I opted for the organic treatment and it mine as well be dirty water. I have more broadleaf weeds throughout my lawn now than ever before. They sprayed certain spots to kill clover and not others. Just frustrating…especially when I get a $354 charge for lawn treatment and tick control on my 1/2 acre lot.

This will be my third season using NaturaLawn for lawn maintenance. I have noticed a fuller and healthier lawn since I started using them. I do wish I had less weeds throughout my yard at this point though. I continue to have a lot of clover, dandelions, and small white weed flowers in both the back and front. Hopefully this is something that is taken care of more this year.
