Lawn Care Up

I hired Lawn Care Up to do a clean up of my backyard. They were available the next day and did a fantastic job.

Your organization is a cheat. This is enough. Damage the planet and damage the equipment also. Left enough mess as well. No work completed. Only taken the money from my card.

Inconsistent, unreliable, unapologetic, over promise and under deliver. Service is mediocre, but they promise services that don’t get done or only get done when you tell them they haven’t been completed. Love the eco friendly nature of their service, which is what drew us to them initially. The pruning of our plants only happened once when we asked and it was done with little to no care. They missed several scheduled services and told us they were switching our scheduled days when we followed up on them missing, never reached out to let us know they wouldn’t be coming on the scheduled day before hand. There is a clear lack of communication. When you aren’t satisfied with the work being done, they do not care, they don’t care to ask how they can fix it or offer solutions. They either show up and do the same or worse work or tell you “it’s not that serious” or “you are too much” and because of that I would not recommend you use them. If you just want your lawn mowed some of the time, go right ahead. They are highly rated, but that was not our experience.

Excellent job and communication, highly recommend. I forgot they were coming and they even picked my dogs toys up for my first service. I felt so bad but they gained a loyal customer.

I had them do a one time service of my yard to get it cleaned up. I paid them $189 and I told him I wanted the monthly service they quoted me at $189 a month coming every other week I canceled and change my mind before they even started the service. They did not service my yard one time and he tried to charge my card $189 and now he keeps sending me Invoices for $189 trying to get me to pay it When I didn’t even get one service from them, they’re trying to charge me $189. I found somebody else to do it for $80 a month coming every week and they do an amazing job. Mind you when he came to service my yard for the one time service he didn’t even mow the backyard. He chopped it down with a weedeater. Very unprofessional I understand if I had them service it already and they want their cancellation fee but I didn’t even have them come for the first service. I told them I changed my mind before they even did the first service so my service never even started and he still trying to charge me almost $200. Crazy

We put up with hard dirt and weeds for ten years, chasing broken sprinklers , wasting untold time and money. When we had "free estimates" from landscape companies the would start with "whats your budget?" Got bids of 100,000 + , blew my mind. Then Iggy came over, lawn care up put in new sprinklers and sodded the entire lawn for a fifth of what the other companies were asking, Iggy was there himself, working late and early , he personally went above and beyond , small patch of sod didn't take root and he replaced it immediately without any static. Lawn looks great and finally we have a backyard we can use. I recommend llawncareup to everyone I can and only wish I could use them for my kitchen!

Very happy with this service and pricing. The price quoted takes care of both my lawns. When I reached out initially, the person who helped me was patient and super knowledgeable. The team dispatched continues to do an amazing job and is very respectful of property. No additional fees and no guesswork with setting up a contract.
