The Growing Company

They are the new landscapers for my HOA community and they are not doing the services they should be doing. Lawns are piling up with leaves and destroying the grass.

What where once beautiful African White Iris plants with hundreds of beautiful white flowers all throughout the year are now reduced to stubble. I have repeatedly asked the gardeners to not trim these plants back. I guess they decided to go rogue last week. The guy who trimmed them back gave me a nasty stare (FU) when asked what they were doing. I would have fired the Growing Company on the spot, but unfortunately I live in a community run by an HOA. I guess I have no choice but to put up with this rudeness.

Recently I spoke with Anne, who I later found out is the Owner/Vice President of the company. She mocked me and was WILDLY rude to me. It's really unfortunate because I would've liked to become a repeat customer but I just can't give my business to someone who treats people with such crass/distasteful behavior.

I've worked with The Growing Company for many years. They are very customer service driven and an excellent company to do business with. Highly recommended.

Simply not providing the contracted services, our lawns are dying and weeds are growing. Little response from management when contacted about our quality concerns.

This company had one of their employees hit and get caught on my husband's vehicle last week. They did major damage!!! This vehicle is used by a hard working father to commute and is dangerous to even drive! They by witnesses and cameras are at fault. They are giving us the run around to get the payment for it to be fixed. Saying they will only pay a shop; in which, we don't have to take it to a shop. They are liable to pay us for their damage and now we are having to go to small claims as well as go after their liability insurance and bond. We submitted an estimate and even have it on a phone recording they would have a check for us then gave us a run around. I wouldn't want service from a company that puts a family through this!!! Thanks for the added stress!!!
