Purchased a Professional Putting Green and some turf for the kiddos. Sheldon was fantastic. He took his time with me and my family and ensured that we were all happy with our choices rather than forcing us into one. Sergio and Team 12 were excellent installers. Rare to mention installers but Heavenly Greens has such a good team from top to bottom that Team 12 needs recognition for their knowledge and skill as well. My wife found a posting on Facebook by Clayton and his company Heavenly Greens. I reached out to Clayton for a consultation to see what our options were. He replied promptly and we set up an appointment for him to stop by for a quote. CONSULTATION: Clayton was on time, understanding, and professional. From the very start he let me do the talking and listened as I explained what we were looking for. I shared a drawing of my vision with him and without hesitation stated that he could get it done. Once I let him know our ideas, he explained our options moving forward. What I appreciated the most was that at no time did Clayton force anything upon us. He was very patient and took notes of the small details I was picky about. Clayton was able to get us a quote within a few hours after measuring and taking notes. After receiving the quote, we went ahead and reviewed the details and decided to move forward. (We went with the Coronado grass selection because of the natural feel and color of the turf) APPOINTMENT: After signing the quote, we waited only a few days for an appointment to be scheduled. Given that this was around the first week of January with holidays and poor weather, I figured it would take quite a while for that appointment date. However, we actually received an appointment scheduling date only a couple of days after signing the contract. INSTALLATION: On the morning of the installation, the crew arrived 15 minutes before and gave me a courtesy call of their arrival. Before starting the work, their lead, Javier, made sure to review the details of the work that was going to be done to confirm everything was going to be done to our liking. Shortly after, Clayton also showed up to connect with Javier and I. The communication from Clayton and Javier was greatly appreciated as we have dealt with other contractors in the past with poor communication. From start to finish, the installation team was incredible! They were able to remove the tan bank, ugly plants, drip hoses, and excess dirt from the large mound in our front yard with ease. The turf installation team had such a wonderful work ethic! They are fast, efficient, and hard-working. They worked non-stop from arrival to departure and I never saw any of them standing around. The installation team was able to finish the same day around 3pm. When they arrived they made sure to cover the surrounding work area with tarp so the sidewalk, entry way, and driveway did not get dirty. And even when they finished and removed the tarps, they still went ahead and used their blower to remove any dirt lying around and then hosed down all the concrete in front of the house and the driveway leaving it squeaky clean! After completing the turf installation, Javier had me take a look to make sure all details that we were looking for were completed correctly and to our liking. Every day since the installation, I have had at least one person compliment us on our turf! A few days after, Clayton stopped by to gift us our free leaf blower and to check in with us to see if we had any questions. He reminded us about the warranty on the work that was done, warranty on the turf itself, and our 1 year tune up service. OVERALL: Heavenly Greens turf installation has been THE BEST contractor we have had the pleasure of working with. The turf is high quality and not that cheap plastic turf that some other companies try to sell you. Our daughters love playing on the turf every day since the installation and even say that it feels so comfortable and "not itchy". Clayton has exceptional customer service and definitely knows his stuff. The 4 Seasons Installation team is incredible and I wish they could do more work around our home. If you're debating on getting that turf installation, I'd absolutely recommend Clayton at Heavenly Greens. They completely exceeded any and all expectations when it came to communication and the work being done. Clayton will not just treat you like a great client, he will definitely make you a friend.

I need my backyard to be redone and have been thinking of doing turf for a while but not really sure how to design it. I had several landscaping companies come out and give me a quote. Ashley (Heavenly Greens' rep) gave us the most competitive quote compared to other companies. Additionally, Ashley was super nice, responsive, and friendly, and spent time designing our backyard which was super nice of her! She was also willing to come out to our house again since we decided to change our design a bit. Ashley was super professional and communicative, and my sister-in-law used their company before so I knew their work would be exceptional. A plus about this company that I could not find with other companies was they offer 0% interest for 18 months loan. However, we did not go for that option and chose to pay an interest since the amount we spent was too high for us to pay off within 18 months. But it's definitely a great option for people to have! The team that came to do the work at my house led by Luis far exceeded my expectation! Luis and all of his team were very friendly, worked very hard, and answered all my questions willingly (I had a bad experience with a very bad contractor previously that the workers as well as the owner did not want to answer my questions. They actually got annoyed by our questions). Luis made sure with us every step of the way that we're happy with whatever he's doing before doing it such as he made sure we like the spacing between stepping stones and making sure the types of rocks they bought were correct (we put some rocks in the yard to use as our furniture area). He even helped figure out our draining situation in the backyard when he didn't have to, which was super nice of him. Overall, I'm very impressed by the work and everybody at Heavenly Greens. The communication was very clear and smooth (from Ashley, Luis and his team, as well the CEO, Tim). Everyone was very nice and professional. I highly recommend anyone who looks to install turf to use their service and you won't be disappointed.

We could not be happier with our turf! Sheldon was great. He was so helpful when selecting the style turf, the area where it would be installed and all the ins & outs of how to care for the turf and we can contact him anytime we have any other questions or concerns. The install took 2 days, and the installation team was excellent and extremely professional. Overall, it was the best experience we've had with hiring a company for a project. We love our turf so much, it's better than we expected! Highly recommend Heavenly Greens and if you can, ask for Sheldon!

Heavenly Greens has done an amazing job on our backyard. The crew was on time each day. Very respectful. The artificial grass looks and feels amazing. They made a very nice pathway for the side of our house by our backgate. The stones they picked are perfect along with the rock. I would highly recommend this company to others. Shout out to Sheldon from Heavenly greens for helping us plan out our landscape design for our backyard.

Our Turf Specialist, Sheldon, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Sheldon spent a lot of time answering our questions and explaining the process and the different options until we decided to move forward with our project. Sheldon was also super responsive to our texts and emails. There was an event coming up at our house and we knew the schedule was going to be tight, but Sheldon made it happen and got the job completed just in time. The crew that performed all of the work did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how quickly they finished the demo. So fast and efficient. Nick and his guys were a pleasure to deal with and they checked in with me every step of the way to ensure that I was happy from the demo/prep all the way to how I wanted my putting green to look. And when they were finished, they made sure to clean up and left the job site cleaner than they found it. If you're thinking of going with artificial turf, don't hesitate to contact Heavenly Greens. I've seen some very bad turf jobs out there and personally, I'd rather pay more for good quality work that will last, and also comes with a very good warranty.
