Nicholson Landscape & Design

I fixed a blower for the company and not only have I not been paid , but the owner Mr. Wes Nicholson lied and told me he was not the owner and that he has to get it from another party. I see him every day at storage zone where he parks his trucks and he avoids me like the plague. A 40$ repair and this is the treatment....really? I wouldnt hire him to shovel manure in the neighbors yard if he cant be trusted to pay a $ $40. Repair bill. Mr. Nicholson, I may not get the bill paid but I assure that I will do all in my power to legally cost well more than that 40$ bill. I also have several witnesses that saw me make the repair and the equipment picked up by the owner.
