Lawn Masters

I have been a customer for 2 years, using their fertilizer service. They have done a great job in that area. So, I decided to get an estimate for a landscaping project. After several months, and numerous promises of delivering the design plans (that we agreed to pay for), I have received nothing, and all contact stopped. Since I am an existing customer, and am getting no further inputt, I have no choice but to cancel all services. Too bad, as I was happy prior to this.

We first used Lawn Masters to redo some landscaping and were satisfied with the results. The next year, we had them do our fertilizing program and were satisfied with that as well. This past season, we also had them do our weekly mowing. They were reasonably priced and did okay for the price we paid. Every company has some issues, but the minor ones we experienced have not been worth switching companies. After 2 seasons of their fertilizing program, I feel like our lawn looks better than it had with the previous service we used. Chris, Director of Sales, and my point of contact has been extremely responsive and helpful this past year. He's been great to work with.

I have been using Lawn Masters for the past 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have do lawn maintenance at my house, my rental property and my business and they have been fantastic to work with.

My sales guy, Zee, was very prompt in getting back to me. The landscape guys accidentally cut/disconnected my outside lighting and Lawn Masters did bring someone out to fix the problem. It did take 3 weeks for come out to fix it but very happy they stood by their work. Would definitely recommend Lawn Masters.

We started service with Lawn Masters in Spring 2023. Our decision was based on a vendor with the ability to provide all lawn/yard services. Our contract is currently for weekly cutting, annual weed control & fertilizer. In addition, we have recently contracted for landscaping project to have trees and bushes planted. The weekly cutting is like clockwork – always the same service day and within a 30 minute window. The crew is courteous and friendly. All our questions/concerns are addressed immediately. For the recent landscaping project, our salesman, Chris, responded to our email and set up a time to discuss our ideas very promptly. At our meeting, we walked the area and came up with a preliminary plan. The estimate came to us promptly and he scheduled the install. Team was great and delivered exactly what we wanted. We are VERY pleased with all services provided by Lawn Master and will continue our relationship into the future with confidence.

Lawn Masters came and did a fall cleanup of our landscaping beds and trimmed our shrubs in preparation for winter. They did an amazing job! We were so impressed and we will definitely be using them for all lawn care needs come spring time.

I have been using Lawn Masters for 18 months and have had good success with them. As with any service company, there are always situations that need their attention. Communication has been slow at times, but ultimately they come thru.

I have used Lawn Masters for 3 years and was happy with them until this year. I put in a request for fall service back in August and followed up with emails to the owner twice, but they never came out to do it. They are more interested in finding new customers than they are in keeping their existing customers happy.
