We called multiple companies for a rock retaining wall/landscaping, and driveway resurfacing and Rock Landscaping was by far the most professional and responsive. The communication from first contact to when the work was complete was exceptional and they did an outstanding job on the rock work. Would highly recommend.

I’m stunned at the outcome. I approached Russ and Alex after seeing a neighbor’s retaining wall. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, just had an idea. Alex came out walked the area with me and developed some imaginative options and a design that retained the natural slope and incorporated materials that look like they belong here. I hired Rock Landscaping to replace a block retaining wall that was falling down. Wasn’t sure at first how I would like the rock wall, but I absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding, and it looks absolutely phenomenal. The work was done a week before they initially scheduled it, and it took about a day and a half to complete it. They showed up first thing in the morning, and got an amazing amount of work done each day. Their photo gallery and reviews convinced me to hire this company, and I’m so glad I did. Rock Landscaping removed and rebuilt our retaining wall, which is about 190 feet long. It had been damaged in the 2018 quake and had been crumbling since. The new wall looks much better and includes much better drainage. The crew was very professional and ran a very clean, organized worksite. They were not the cheapest bid we received, but I think the craftsmanship and quality of the work is worth the price. Russ (the owner) is a straightforward guy who still operates under old school rules and work ethic.

Russ and his crew did an outstanding job. The rock retaining walls are exactly what we wanted and the yard was re-contoured and landscaped for erosion control. Very good crew, fast and very courteous. We were lucky to have the work done at the beginning of summer. Overall one of the smoothest job we had had done. Highly recommend them for anything that needs extra attention to detail.
