I have been using Massey for my landscaping since Jan. Tim Baker & CJ my lawn tech are excellent. They are meticulous & caring. I just had Justin do an extensive free annual aeration which was thorough. He reviewed my irrigation system. I was impressed with his technical expertise, & will use their quarterly maintenance shortly. If you live in palm Beach cty, you owe it to yourself to try them.

Your lawn can look like mine too Just hire Massey. I pay $75.00 every 3 months for irrigation maintenance. Waited 3 1/2 weeks for sprinkler system to be repaired. Simple fix the actuator was faulty. They just twisted wires together. I had more weeds after hiring them to weed and feed. I have monthly service.

I gave it a one star because It wouldn’t allow me to give a zero star. I was told that Massey really cares about their customers and since I already had Massey for termite service, I decided to go with Massey for Lawn and shrubs service. We have had weeds, fungus and worms on a constant basis since using Massey. We had the GM, Jeff stop by our house numerous times for these issues. He always pointed the finger at something else, like saying it must be coming from our neighbor’s yard, birds are dropping seeds or maybe it’s from our lawn company. He would never take responsibility and just handle it. Also I had to call the office all the time and ask Nicole to remember to email me the tech service report after treatment so I would know what chemicals were used or if I needed to water the lawn that evening or not, if I wasn’t home to see that they had came by. It was always a hassle trying to get anything from Jeff or Nicole. All I know is that I used Massey for almost a couple of years and my lawn looks horrible. I told Jeff, on one of his visits that he should want our lawn to look nice, as leaving the Massey sign on our lawn only lets our neighbors not to use Massey. This was a waste of money that I paid for a long time, all while just waiting for our lawn to look nice one day. The pictures are what our lawn looked like under Massey care.

I hired Massey in March 2023 to treat and maintain my lawn, shrubs and trees. At the end of six months, my lawn looked worse than when they started. I can't really figure out how they brought more weeds to my St. Augustine turf, but they did. I called to terminate the service two weeks ago and was told the service manager would call but he didn't. They, like TruGreen, clearly only care about the number of clients, not the satisfaction of those clients. They can replace me and you, any minute of the day. Keep that in mind, because they aren't cheap.' **Update- someone replied to my review the next day and said they would reach out to resolve my issue. Last I ever heard from them. Really cannot stress how little regard they have for anything other than money.

With every inquiry, Massey has always been very responsive and professional in helping me make decisions in pest management and lawn care. CJ is our technician. He called the day before to let us know he’d be out the next day. When he arrived, he let us know he was at our home and asked if we had any special concerns. He listened and said, “it’s my lawn now”. Based on what I saw him do, I believe he treated our lawn as he would his own! I’m very happy with our first experience with Massey lawn service.

Alton of Massey Services has been handling our lawn and shrubs for about two years. We could not be happier. He always professional, courteous and very pleasant. Alton calls the night before to let us know the approximate time he will be there and to discuss any issues we may have. Today he was here to fertilize our shrubs and ornamentals. While performing this task he noticed weeds creeping from the neighbors. He addressed that issue as well without us even asking. We are very pleased with Massey Services and Alton. We literally have people stopping by asking us how we keep our lawn looking so good. We tell them: "Massey Services."
