**modified to respond to the again..rude response from the owner. we were NOT told the employee would need to shop for materials day of,nor did we tell the owner that we didn't want the employee back.We were stating our displeasure at not being ready to start a job on time and concerned the job wouldn't be finished today as we had other commitments for the next few days and had not allotted the time.The attitude that was given immediately caused me to cancel the job.Again, I would NEVER talk to a client like that.All he had to say was "Of course we can complete the job as quoted today, I understand your concerns and we apologize for the tardiness and all would have been fine** Had another contractor do part of our painting job and he turned out to be sketchy(which I guess is a problem here)So, were looking forward to using this company to finish the job-paint a couple rooms as their reviews seemed pretty positive.However, my experience wasn't.The inspection of what we needed went well and they wrote down everything that needed to be done and said it could all be completed in one day.Then when we scheduled the service, Alex had asked if they could do a Saturday at 8am. I told him that was not the best time(I have health problems and being ready for people to come in the house early is hard) but we would accommodate them.I confirmed this time via text the day before.Their employee showed up 25 minutes late with only a basic understanding of what needed to be done.We had to go over the project/rooms again and he told us he'd need to run to Sherwin Williams to get supplies.So I texted Alex telling him this and my concerns about finishing in one day as quoted and I get this response "I don't think that's fair to assume of your other experience". Then called me and the first thing said(in a really rude manner) was "We can cancel this job." Not "I apologize for the tardiness or lack of materials.." nothing.It doesn't matter what my last experience was. THIS experience speaks for itself.Customer service and manners are lacking.I would never speak to a client this way. Oh well. Lesson learned.

Dependable Painting was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Excellent work, on time each day and completed the job in a week as promised. I highly recommend them.

The name says it all!! This company was very dependable and helped me out of a terrible situation with another painting company. Megan stopped what she was doing and got my bookcases painted after another painter sanded and then became very undependable about showing back up to finish the job. Alex and Megan are very professional, polite and extremely good at what they do!! We will definitely utilize their services going forward for all of our painting needs.

They were absolutely fantastic and great communicators. They painted the exterior of our house and I could not be happier with the way it turned out! They came out quickly for an initial inspection, they were fast with their quote turnaround, and they have fair pricing. I would 100% use them again for a paint project.

I recently purchased a home that needed the entire interior painted. It was in great shape however every single room was bright white and I wanted to warm it up. Alex and his team responded to my request for a quote and we hired them promptly! We could not be more pleased that we chose them for the job. They were fast yet VERY good.
