Im giving one star based on their ability to fix and or resolve issues. I would give 5starts for first impression of Armando but I give one star for every interaction after. He overestimated materials to compliment labor price then on the back end allowing opportunity for more profits by returning the unused materials that never left the trailer. When his crew left there was many issues along with multiple areas around the exterior that were never finished soffit materials didn't meet code . Also my yard was covered with perfectly good materials . I had A&A put up hardy cement board siding and After the left I cleaned up $385 in trim and $450 in lumber from the yard around my house a door that wouldn't open and was out of plum by 2" and no exterior kick plate trim board just bare zip sheeting exposed .a window they trimmed out without ever being shimmed and installed. One side of the roof they flashed while only doing half of the other gables flashing. Designed the rake flashing on the west face of my house to act as a funnel pulling every drop of water into the bird box and out the vented soffit. Trim along the chimney wasn't shaved and now there's a 4'long 2" gap between the trim and chimney. The list goes on and all I asked be fixed was the door to have kick plate and a non vented soffit be replaced with vented to meet code and also match the rest of the house. He sent his guys days ago to fix and instead of replacing flashing like they should when replacing soffit. They pealed it back so now I have the needed vented soffit wrapped in flashing that appears as if it was crushed into a ball used for a week to play soccer the stretched back out and installed on the front of my house. It's comical how ridiculous these guys are at A&A definitely a show to see operate. just hope you can enjoy the show without paying and arm and leg for tickets.

Armando helped me restore my childhood home . They did a wonderful job. The bathrooms look better than they ever did. I’ve had a hard time deciding which part is my favorite , but I believe seeing the hardwood floors refinished was probably my happiest moment. Thank you A & A for a wonderful job!!!!

Armando and his team have completed multiple jobs for us. They do great work and are friendly, efficient and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Armando and his team is 100% the BEST company for anything you need done. I had another company Burke outdoors build a deck it was not up to code and was not completed. I gave A&A remodeling a call and Armando gave me a reasonable price to finish our deck. They also had to replace our back door and laundry room floor from rot that we didn’t know about. This is a great company for Quality work.

I would give Armando and his crew 10 stars if I could. They took care with restoring my water damaged kitchen into a beautiful new space. They updated my plumbing, replaced flooring, new cabinets, reinstalled my quartz countertops and reinstalled my appliances. His crew was on time worked long hours and had my kitchen compete in 2 days. I highly recommend Armando and will definitely use him for any future work

A&A painting did a great job with adding a bedroom, bathroom and remodeling a room. Armando had great suggestions and very helpful with helping me make my vision a reality! Very professional, worked long hours and did a great job!!

Armando and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior of our home and laying flooring in 4 rooms. He and his team were very professional, responsive to our requests, arrived promptly each day, and did a thorough job. A&A Painting and Remodeling did incredible work. We replaced the roof, all doors and windows, framing and drywall, exterior/interior painting, replaced all trim and baseboards, repaired and painted our stairs and performed electrical work. The crews were timely, professional, clean, listened to our needs, was able to tackle any project and produced fantastic work. The jobs came within budget and we were very satisfied with the end result. We will be using Armando Marquez and his crews in the future without a doubt.
