Rhino Shield Panhandle

Process went very smoothly & expeditiously. Very little time between prep & application of paint, which is very important! Our house looks great, thanks for a job well done!

My grandparents had them come out in the Fall/Winter of last year, they paid a lot of money & are supposed to come back & fix any problems as have a year warranty. Well, my grandparents have tried for over a month to get them back out to fix issues. They've had all kinds of excuses to not be able to make it when they were supposed to. Half the time my grandfather had to leave messages as no one would answer. My grandmother left a message a few weeks ago if they didn't come out soon she'd call the better business bureau. She even gave them a few weeks extra. So the owner Matt, I guess, called this morning yelling at my grandmother for calling on them saying he did come out a few weeks ago & was gonna come back out but now is not. . Claiming they didn't have any missed calls or voicemails from us either. So, I would not recommend going to them for anything!! They will take advantage of you!! A good business should Never yell at a customer, I don't know where this guy got his schooling from but that should never happen, no matter how upset you may be. If needed, may have to seek after legal counsel on the matter!! **That should have been explained to my grandparents before doing anything, & receiving money from them. That is good business. . Calling a customer & yelling at them is not!! That is very poor business, & taking advantage of older people when you don't explain properly, & misleading them. They were under the impression that you guys would fix anything needing fixing before painting. Again, you guys did not communicate with them properly, & then get upset when you get reported. All you had to say in the beginning is you couldn't do what they needed, & they wouldn't have spent all that money & could have looked somewhere else. That just goes to show good reviews mean nothing when looking up services. Again, just from poor communication & customer service. . We'll never recommend your company to anyone!!

My grandparents paid Panhandle Painting & Design LLC to paint/fix their roof. The payment was made on 11/17, and the company painted the roof. However, a few days later, the roof started leaking. Despite the company's guarantee to fix any issues within the first year, my grandmother has been calling for three weeks without a satisfactory response. Tomorrow, they are supposed to come out, but apparently, similar promises have been made before. I will update if they show up. UPDATE: Matt showed up the next day and said he would come back out and fix the issue. That was over a week ago and we haven’t heard from him again. We have called and left messages, no response. We have since call the Better Business Bureau. Monday, January 8th, 2024 Matt the owner of the company called and yelled at my grandmother saying she shouldn't have called BBB and he isn't coming out anymore. Do not use this company.

This review is for Panhandle Paint and Design. A crew came out this morning at the time I was advised they would. They were pleasant and worked very hard to turn our gross garage floor into a beautiful surface that we can be proud of. The price paid was what was agreed and it was fair and reasonable. The men left the area clean and neat and our floor Looking beautiful! Thank you so very much. I will try to attach before and after photos of the floor. The stains on the floor and its horrible condition were inherited by us when we bought the home 3 years ago. Chuck and Linda Connell

I waited to review Rhino Shield to see how it holds up to the waterfront salt air, wind, and sun of West Florida. I have to say it has not disappointed me. The folks who did the work were exceptional. They were here when they said they would be, were professional, and did an excellent job, completing the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

They came out quickly to give us an estimate. The estimate was not that much more than traditional paint and the Rhino Shield has a much longer warranty! They started the project within a couple of weeks of the estimate and finished in 1 week. They worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Our house looks updated and we are extremely happy with the outcome!

Crew was outstanding - worked hard and were very meticulous. Final result was outstanding. We are thrilled with the finished project. We have already referred their services.

Salesman was very good at telling us what to expect and how it worked. The workers came when they said they would and were very good and prompt in finishing the job. They kept us informed as to the progress and finished on time. I highly recommend Rhino Shield to anyone that is thinking about painting or repainting their house.
