If I could give this company -5 stars I would. This has been the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. We paid our deposit in January and was told it was 2-3 weeks out for booking. A couple days before the start date they had to reschedule. Reschedule date comes have to reschedule again to a date that I would be out of town. They confirmed new dates and then attempted to start our project on the dates we would be out of town. Then they said we were never booked for the dates they confirmed and wanted us to reschedule a month out. At this point I requested a refund and then magically they could book us for the dates that they were supposed to. Painting project begins today and an entire room gets painted green and not white. I specified in multiple emails that only my hall bathroom was green and all other areas were to be painted white. They also fixed an area on my ceiling and they matched my ceiling color to my wall. So now I have a hideous block of white on my ceiling that doesn’t match the rest of my ceiling. They also were supposed to patch holes in my hall bathroom but for some reason only patched like half of them. I asked the painter if the rest of the holes were going to be patched tomorrow and he acted like they weren’t. It sucks because the prices of the company are great but the professionalism, communication, and service is incredibly awful. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. I will never use this company again and I 1000% would find a different company and save yourself the headaches, stress, and arguments with the same customer service rep. I wish I would have gotten my refund and ran far away.

This company is the best in the business. I had an issue with another contractor that start the job and they left after 3 weeks with a house that was unlivable. Certa pro came in took over and they had to redo everything that was previously done and made it right. I compare them to the tv show Holmes on Holmes. A team came in and estimated the project quickly as well as explained everything that would be done. The project manager was spot on with everything and communicated with us from start to finish.the popcorn on the ceilings were removed and the finish is flawless. The whole house was painted and the detail is flawless. Yesena and crew are the best and their attention to detail is second to none. I will use them any time I need painting or dry wall jobs done. The price was the best in the area. For the owner and your whole team, you make a customer feel great. You take care of people like they are your own family. Thank you for all the hard work!!!!

Hey gang, we did it again. My wife and I decided to use them again, but this time we decided to brighten our greatroom and reached out to CertaPro. Their customer service is outstanding, and their workmanship was as well. I'd totally recommend this company to anyone looking to make a statement with their home. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with CertaPro! The entire team that worked on our house was professional, showed up when they said they would, and did exceptional, quality work! The crew supervisors, Courtney and Lucas were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the project. However, I have to give credit to Shaun Head, Territory Manager. Every project is going to have hiccups along the way and I truly believe the reason this job was a success is due to Shaun’s professionalism, timely responsiveness, and desire to do what’s right. The entire team took pride in their work and it showed. As a result, they’ve made us very satisfied customers who would undoubtedly recommend their company to others!

I’m so glad I was referred to CertaPro. I needed my house painted and was on a tight schedule and budget. I set up an appt online with Shaun Head and he came over the next day to give me a quote. They started the job a couple of days later! Awesome work and team!

My wife and I hired CertaPro to stain our new fence. We are very happy with the results! The best part of the experience was the Crew Supervisor, Veronica. She was very polite, had a positive attitude and her crew had the job that we thought would take 2-3 days finished in a day! The setup and cleanup process was very detailed and professional.
