Gardner Painting LLC

We were originally so pleased with the outcome of the paint job in 2022 but almost immediately after the job was done, it started bubbling out. They came back in 2023 and scraped and repainted the areas but never power washed to properly clean and prep the area. Now 2 years later they are refusing to come back because they came last year even though it is within the 5 year warranty. Very disappointed in this. Wondering what can be done here. Has anyone had success in getting them to fix? See photos below.

Simply amazing. They painted most of our interior and it looks amazing! The Gardner team could not have done a better job from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was great. Kevin and Cory checked in frequently and made sure we were happy. The crew was fantastic...on-time, professional, courteous and friendly. The crew was very attentive to our needs, the job was completed in a very reasonable timeframe, and the work exceeded our expectations. The project manager was communicative and professional. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any sort of paint job. You will not regret it!

We had Gardner Painting paint the entire exterior of our home in May 2018. We were pleased with the original finished product but did question if the supposed two coats plus primer were done as they did the entire job in only a couple of days. Corey and team assured us it was done as promised with quality products (Sherman Williams). There is a photo below of the home in May right after completion. In the 3 year warranty period, we noticed some peeling sections. Gardner did come out and scrape, prime and repaint the peeling areas without any fuss. Now we are 5 years in and the entire front and side are peeling horribly. Per Sherman Williams, their paint should not be peeling in which a short time as long as it’s applied as per the label with properly prepared surfaces. Therefore it’s not the product failing but other reasons like the prep and application. Not sure if we are an exception here, but I’d love to hear other’s experiences with longevity in their work as I’d expect an exterior paint job to last more than 5 years.

My parents used Gardner Painting to have the exterior vinyl siding on their house painted several months ago, and the results were astounding. As I worked to prepare my condo to sell it, I realized I would have to face what I was dreading most: fixing all of the nail pops and repainting the two-story entryway. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of heights or ladders. Having seen first-hand the quality, attention to detail, and workmanship Gardner Painting did on my parents' home, I reached out to them for assistance. Jess was absolutely great with helping to schedule and coordinate a time /date, and provided a quote up-front. Kevin and Cory came in with the appropriate ladders and scaffolding, not only relieving me of attempting to tackle the job, but doing a spectacular job in making the space look perfect. The close care and attention to detail, ensuring that paint was not spread on any trim or the ceiling, was exceptional. Over the course of a day and a half, Kevin and Cory had come in, prepared the walls, painted, and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived. The paint texture was perfect and consistent; more so, Gardner's recommendation for Sherwin William's Emerald paint with a matte finish proved to be an excellent choice given the natural light that the area gets. (If anyone is wondering, the paint color is City Loft SW7631). I was out of town when Gardner Painting came in, and Cory provided numerous updates via text/call (very much appreciated). I am extremely satisfied with the work Gardner Painting did for myself, and for my parents, and would gladly have them complete any future work.

This was the 2nd time that we have used Gardner Painting for a home project. The first time we used them to paint the entire exterior of our house which was awesome. We decided to have them back to paint all of our kitchen cabinets. Our cabinets were in very good condition so the thought to repaint them instead of replacing was a no-brainer (plus the cost difference is huge). The experience with Gardner Painting once again was amazing. Not only are they great at their profession but the entire crew are wonderful all-around individuals. They care very much in the work they are completing and ensure that the customer is always happy from start to finish. They communicate very well through the entire process and treat your home like it was their very own. If you want something done right...please use Gardner Painting as you will not be disappointed!

Gardner Painting did an excellent job painting multiple rooms in our new home! I'm a first time homeowner and I've never gone through this process before, so I really appreciated how patient and communicative Kevin was through every step. They were flexible and able to work with our schedule, and I love the job they did! We will definitely be using them again for any other painting projects we have in the future!
