After multiple remodel projects over the years, several of which were going great until the painters showed up and painted over the top of sawdust, did not do any prep work or sanding, stained the wrong color, etc. we had become very wary of painters - and then we found Veenhuizen. They spent more time just prepping than previous painters spent slapping a coat of paint on and presenting us with their bill. They are professional, clean, on schedule and by far the best painters we have used, and a shout out to Nick in particular who just finished our last job and was outstanding!

We had an extensive exterior house project and the team at Veenhuizen did an excellent job. I received numerous quotes and their pricing was fair, especially given the varsity of the project. We had our house painted, along with trim, and the wooden eves were treated for mold and stained. Fernando was the project lead and he did a great job reviewing all the details and communicating each step of the project with me. He was very responsive, accessible, polite and made sure the project stayed on track. Ramon, the team lead, was also great to work with. If I ever had a question, he got back to me pronto. Ramon and the team worked hard and did a great job, especially given the complexity of the job. I highly recommend Fernando and Ramon, they are stellar guys who know their trade well and our house looks amazing.

We were very pleased with our experience with Veenhuizen. Kyle was informative and communicative. Mat and his team of painters did an excellent job with the exterior of our home. They handled the difficulties with ease and bravado, displaying flexibility and a commitment to getting the job done well. We were impressed with Mat's attention to detail and quality work. He clearly has an eye for what will look best and a willingness to go the extra mile. Also, thank you to Carlos and his team for installing our lights and standing behind their work. Kyle and the team were a pleasure to work with! Everyone I met was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in a successful outcome for our project. I appreciated their effort to accommodate our schedule and to adapt to changes and light repair that came up during the work. They came, did the job, and left no trace (other than the finished product!) behind. We're delighted with the process and the result, and would strongly recommend them for future work.

Rarely do I write reviews but this is deserved. From our initial phone call to completion, Veenhuizen far exceeded our expectations. The initial meeting with Kyle was informative and helped guide us thru the process. The bid was easy to follow and our question where answered right away. They where able to start our project and work around our very demanding schedule. They communicated at a high level and completed the job on time. The work that was done, was beautiful. You can tell that everyone involved in our project truly cared about our satisfaction and doing the best job they could. Would we recommend them, Yes. Will we use them again on future projects, Yes. Great work, all. Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful.

We considered painting our kitchen cabinets and some interior doors ourselves, but figured we’d get a couple quotes first.  Steve came by and explained exactly how they would do the work and gave us a competitive bid for our project.  He gave me the confidence to choose them to do the job.  We were not disappointed! Nick did our cabinet painting and he did an outstanding job.  He was very friendly and professional.   We were extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Kyle was great at keeping me in the loop and communicated the next steps all along the way. I highly recommend Veenhuizen and would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

I decided after 17 years in our beautiful home, it was time for some updates to the house. I emailed to get more information and quickly heard back the owner. His service manager set a time to come out to the house and provide a quote. He was fast, straight to the point and gave me invaluable opinions about colors and trends. I explained what I wanted and he helped guide me to an amazing finished product. We set the date and the owner sent the contract. It detailed the work to be done and costs. No hidden costs. It was just as we had talked about in the quote. The crew showed up to the house and were polite, and very professional. They worked quickly and with great care to our home. The painter was wonderful in updating me daily as to the plans and expectations for day. We have birds in our home and he did an outstanding job sealing the work area. We did have oil based cabinets and the product used to cover these smelled pretty bad. We rented a hotel for a couple days and he worked overtime to help get us back home ASAP. Quality, quality, quality. This is hands down the best work I've seen in a kitchen remodel. Working in real estate I've been able to see many homes that have attempted to do a DIY or go the cheapest route. I would refer this company to all my colleagues. This kitchen turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. We had our bathroom vanity done as well. It was built for the home and pulling it out to replace it was not cost efficient. I decide to have them paint it. We both feel like were walking into a luxury hotel when using our bathroom. We had a coupe small bumps with dates reinstalling the cabinets, but the communication was great. I can't thank this team enough for all the hard work. We are so pleased and happy with the job done.
