The 3-man crew was amazing. Their work was meticulous, steady and much faster than I thought possible! The 19-ft cathedral ceilings were not in good shape, but now they look brand new. A+ all around!

I would highly recommend CertaPro. The team that handled my project was great. Especially the team lead. The team was so polite and made sure we talked each day to let me know what they were doing and answer any questions I had. The lead would make sure I knew what they were doing and ask me any questions he needed. All in all a great experience

The entire situation started off good. The guy asked us what color we wanted. We found the appropriate color for a fence in a semi solid. That way you could see the wood grain underneath and that was the last time we saw Kevin Sullivan... From there he hired a crew that there was a huge language barrier. They used all the supplies on the fence and it looked like absolute garbage. Some spots they went over so heavy that you could not see the wood underneath the stain at all. It looked like it was painted instead of stained and at the end of the supplies that were used that day I was told that I had to purchase more supplies because they didn't get all of the fence done... I called Kevin I sent him pictures. It looked like total garbage. He sends out another crew and they took three days and You know it looks fine now but it's not what we wanted. It's not what we paid for... Essentially they had to make it a solid color instead of semi-solid which changed the aesthetic...

Fantastic experience! Amazing quality for the money. Kevin and the management team were very accommodating with getting our work scheduled and ensuring we got the proper paint color. Painters were punctual and did a great job prepping our plaster walls. Very happy with the result!

From the first phone call with Conor, to the day of painting, everything went very smoothly! Conor is wonderful to consult with. The paint crew, Tom and Anya, were very professional and just all around nice people! They went above and beyond and I will happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

Conor and the team were professional and delivered quality work. All questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. We had all but 2 rooms of our home painted and lived/worked at home during the process. We were so impressed by the courtesy of the workers during the day and the cleaning up they did each night to allow us to move about the house a bit. No loud music, no loud excessive talking…just work. Six rooms, a hallway and entryway were done in 3 days. We loved the work! There were a few minor spots missed but the crew leader came back to fix within a day of my notification. We highly recommended this Certa branch!

I chose Certa Pro painters to paint our family home because they are a national company of professional painters. The crew manager was on hand for the entire painting process and the they were respectful of our property and cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. I am very happy with their work.

I picked Certa because a friend of mine on the radio spoke highly. The staff was friendly but I didn’t realize until the consultation that they contracted out. On the day of the scheduled job, nobody showed up at the time agreed on. I phoned and was told they hadn’t picked out the color and would do it the following day. I had already explained that I put my dogs in daycare to make accommodations and that I was expecting them as planned. They arrived at lunchtime instead of 830am. I was told that all nail pops would be repaired. Unfortunately the first coat was put up and I walked around and found many areas painted over that should’ve been repaired. When I left, he did a couple areas and then the second coat. A day later in different lighting I noticed that there were many more areas with drip marks and nail pops that weren’t fixed. I notified the company in Dec and was told that they would be out to repair soon when they had time. It’s now July and no call or text from the workers thus far. It safe to assume they aren’t showing back up. I just wish it would have been done right the first time.
