They installed me a new water heater at a good price. I called around it it was about as low as I could get. Professional job and took care of me.

We had a leak in our gas line due to a neighbor’s construction. He had called the other company out and had them helping him find and fix the gas leak by the end of the next day. He was like a dog on a bone and wasn’t going to stop until it was fixed…he was there within a couple of hours to begin the work also!

On a Saturday morning, after multiple issues with a hot water heater, he came to the rescue. Even having to locate and install a new unit, he was happy to help. Jeremy answers his phone, gives accurate reasonable estimates, arrives when he says he will, does quick quality work, and genuinely seems like a nice guy. I don’t often recommend people but I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. He was highly recommended to me by our local plumbing supply company.

I was referred to Jeremy by word of mouth and have called on him several times because of the level of customer service. One of the few service calls where I felt that I received more than my money's worth. Always polite and punctual. Quotes have been on par or better than competitors. On more than one occasion, Jeremy has steered me away from unnecessary and costly repairs/replacements that I suggested. Mr Dodson came to our house today on our hot water heater. He was so professional and had our problem fixed in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable about it and explained everything as he went.
