Extremely professional and informative as to where the issue was and how to repair it. Reggie responded to our call next business day, was able to come quickly for repair, and was able to get everything taken care of immediately. Definitely will use again and would definitely recommend!

We were dealing with a pretty major repair. Reggie was responsive and had the right solution. He and his team showed up when they said they would and did a great job repairing and replacing the pipes under the house. They finished in a timely manner, left the place looking good and were courteous and professional.

He did come out, and spent a few minutes talking with us about the problem, but then he became unreachable. The number off his card was forwarded to a disconnected message. 🙄 It wasn't until we had a couple of really good plumbers come out that we understood just how bad his service was. The only reason he got two stars instead of one is that he didn't charge us a service fee just to come look and give his opinion.

Great guy. He came gave me a quote of how much to unplug my pipes . he gave me a price little higher than a fee other companies but I will tell you he did not quit until he got it unplugged for us. He even came back the next day to work on it some more he couldn't do it at night time. He got different machine and wahoo no more backed up toilets and drains. And no extra charges. Then he went and unplugged a 5th wheel that several other companies tried and failed to unplug and still charged allot of money. Great company.

This is a long overdue 5-star rating but Reggie spent over 3 days last summer fixing all my stuck-on water valves, leaky pipes, and most of all, brought back to life my almost 50 year old sewage pump we affectionately named "Bertha". I was sure it needed to be replaced but he was able to sort out and solve every single problem that arose when dealing with a house that is approaching 50. Through it all, Reggie remained kind and patient and explained what needed to be done and all of my options. I am thrilled to have my bathrooms working again and can relax knowing my water valves won't leak anymore when I'm gone and ruin the bathroom vanity and the flooring. Very reasonable rates for a top notch job.

I called the number after seeing the sign at the shop next to Castle Donuts. Reggie, the owner, was friendly, professional and the service was reasonably priced. The reason I give five stars is because he diagnosed several other minor plumbing issues in my older home and got them all fixed. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his work and has a great smile. Even after some frustrating challenges which required extra trip to the hardware store, he kept his composure. I'll hire Elliott Plumbing again and recommend them without reservation.
