I wish my experience was as good as some others but I would have to lie to say it was. First contacted Anderson when I was buying a house in Demopolis to get an estimate to replumb the house. Called twice and was never called back. They had worked on the house numerous times in the past. Once I moved into the house, I had a serious leak. This time they came out did next to no work for which I asked how much it would cost me. The plumber said there was no charge. They looked at my house to get an estimate to replumb it. Today I received a letter from them. I thought it would be the estimate. Instead it was a service call fee, still no estimate.

Great response time. Had a water heater go out and called at 7 in the morning. Service personnel arrived at 8. New heater up and running by 10. Fast, efficient and friendly are how would describe their service.

We will not ever use Anderson HVAC again. We have paid them over 2000.00 to fix one problem. The problem was not resolved. The work was supposed to be in warranty. We had to call them back again and again to repair the same problem. Now they have charged us over 400.00 AGAIN! I have serious concerns about the integrity of this company. I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

Awesome company I will use them again. I had an emergency and called them. They were absolutely professional and courteous. I was told the prices up front. The lady that did the work was very quick and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I've used Anderson multiple times but would not recommend again. They came out to replace a fuse on my heater and then left without turning the furnace back on. I had to call them to come back to flip the switch they forgot. Then they charged me for coming out the second time. Flash forward to now. I called them to take a look at the furnace acting up. By the time they arrived the furnace was back to working. I told the guy I didn't need him but he insisted, sprayed WD40 without permission, and found nothing wrong. Now they are trying to charge me despite me never agreeing to the "work". If Im going to pay for shoddy service calls then I will gladly use another company.

They have excellent service. Usually they come out the same day I call in. Staff is very friendly and respectful.
