A pipe had suddenly disconnected in a very tight space, and we had to shut down water to our house completely. Baxter's was super-fast and friendly in arranging a crew to come by for a repair... The crew arrived right on time, and was equally fast and efficient with a tricky repair in those close quarters. They had us back up and running in less than an hour from arrival, with a better-than-before fix. The fee for services was very reasonable, and well worth it. Thanks for the great and fast service!!

We have always been very happy with Baxter Plumbing. No matter what we need, they come out quickly, take care of the job, and do not ever overcharge. Five stars plus!

Baxter Plumbing & Rooter is top notch! They were out right away and the customer service was amazing. I will highly recommend them to any business in town. Thank you so much!

Tried to upsell jetting our line before even trying to snake it. $190 00 for 20 minutes of snaking. Wanted $495.00 for jetting. This happens about 1 time a year and usually my husband clears it with a bladder but he's out of town. Baxter's cleared it another time no problem. Guess they sent the wrong guy this time or just wanted more money. Be careful who you hire.

Response from the owner

Hi Amanda. It's unfortunate we weren't able to clear your main sewer line with a known belly in it. I've looked through our records and couldn't find that we've ever been to your location before for a drain issue. A hydro-jetter always does a more thorough job of clearing a mainline than a cable does, but sometimes the cable is able to work. Bladders can sometimes clear the line, but typically only pops a hole in the blockage. Most likely the belly is filled with an oatmeal consistency like material that really needs to be hydro jetted to clear completely. Until the belly is repaired, you will most likely continue to have issues.

I am recovering from back surgery and live in Blue River. After calling multiple plumbers for my backed up toilet, Baxter Plumbing came to my rescue willing to drive the extra distance. Scottie explained what he did and checked everything that could have a problem. They are the best!

I have been using Baxter Plumbing for many years and they continue to provide excellent service. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. It is obvious that the culture Mike embodies with his team is one of mutual respect and that carries over to their customer interactions. I certainly will continue to call on them for any future issues and highly recommend Baxter Plumbing to anyone seeking outstanding service.

Baxter's arrived and fixed our emergency super fast! We had called to have them fix our HOT water streaming off the underside of the kitchen sink. They replaced two valves and connecting hoses. Well done fellas! I would recommend them if your kitchen floor is suddenly under water!

First, I never write reviews. I've had to use Baxter Plumbing about 3-4 times this year for two of my rentals. These guys always come through for me. When you have a rental, you don't have the luxury to wait so they always try and fit me in. My renters are always happy with the results. Priceless!
