I just moved into a new home and have had some problem with the plumbing. I was using a plumber recommended by our builder and had no luck with the issue. Tonight was the 4th time our toilet backed up and caused flooding. I called another 24/7 plumber and they said they’d call me back.. 3 hours later and I just now heard from them. luckily, I called Mr. Rooter an hour after not hearing back and there were here within 30 minutes. Nikko came out, fixed the problem, walked my husband along with the process making sure to communicate what he was doing, and was kind during all of the chaos. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter moving forward!

Mr Rooter came out for a plumbing emergency very quickly and provided excellent and fast work. They explained every step and answered my questions (I have next to no plumbing knowledge). I found them easy to work with, trustworthy, and they did excellent work. Highly recommended!
