Did a great job and even put in a pressure valve so I can adjust the pressure I want my water to have. Put a shut off close to the house to make it easy to turn the water on and off. I would highly recommend this company. They showed up when they were supposed to and even called me to let me know they were on their way. Had the line installed and everything cleaned up in no time at all. If you need any plumbing I would highly recommend Machen plumbing. A five-star review for sure

Brandon and Brian were upfront about the issue and what it would take to fix it. They were prompt and professional. They even helped me remove the old faucet in the bathroom even though that wasn't part of the job order. I have used Machen a few times now and it has always been a great experience. I recommend them.

Had a clogged toilet issue and I reached out to Machen Plumbing around 11am,they got to my house around noon,and was done by 1. Mr. Smith and his co worker were very nice and worked hard and did a great job. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything.

Aaron Ponder is a guy that's very good at his talent. There is nothing this guy cannot do in plumbing. His installing and piping, cutting skills are impeccable. Ask for Aaron for any of your plumbing problems and needs. He's very neat and takes his time. He make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.

I recently had some plumbing work done by Machen and I must say that I am incredibly pleased. The office staff was amazing when taking my call and explaining what might need to be done and getting someone out in a timely manner. The guys they sent out were extremely knowledgeable and most importantly respectful of my space. They got the job done quickly and I couldn’t be happier. Machen has done a great job on 2 different occasions. This time it was removing a garbage disposal from my kitchen. Aaron and Marcus did a great job. Very nice young men and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend Machen.

We completely remodeled our master bath and Machen Plumbing did all the plumbing work. Not only was it done correctly, but also in a timely manner. Five stars all the way. My home was built in 1906 and the plumbing was crazy when we first moved in. Machen was the only company that came up with a viable solution for a very complex plumbing issue we had. They listened to our concerns, were polite, prompt and good communicators. They are very busy because they are great! So happy with their work.
