We had to replace our tankless water heater and ABT was able to come out the very next day to install a new one and get us up and running. Wen Chen was the best Technician! ABT is now on speed dial.

Our technician Wen showed up right on time and diagnosed the issues. Installed a new water heater, PRV valve and all new piping and upgraded valves. Did a great job and cleaned up all work space. Many thanks to ABT and Wen Chen for a job well done!

The tech was fine he was nice enough. But ABT the company however is a total rip off. Run and don’t look back. I needed to have a bunch of work done. But first and foremost I needed the propane adapters installed in my new dryer. When I called they said no problem. I asked for them to get the part. I gave them the part number. They said no problem. The tech showed up and looked at me like I was crazy when I talked about the dryer. He had no parts and did not even know he was there to perform that task. I also needed a few other things done while they were there. I wanted A). 3 bathroom sinks faucets replaced, B). 1 kitchen sink faucet replaced and C). 1 bathtub faucet replaced. I have all the faucets. They wanted over $2,500 to do about about 2.5 hours worth of work. And that does not even include the dryer work. If you do the math this is $1,000 a hour. That is insane!!!!! That time estimate was an approximation from what the tech told me awhile he was here. I sent the tech away. I own rental properties in Southern California and deal with plumbers all the time. I can not recommend ABT for anything.

About your driver today coming down 49 towards auburn . Very hard for us to pull out and merge on Florence and 49. When I did , and was running out of room to merge because your driver I guess didn’t want to allow me to merge when he had plenty of room in next lane to do so , he instead sped up and kept pace at and was flying up to 75 mph to block me . So unprofessional. Later near a light he thought it was funny and was laughing . I’ll never use you guys .

Keith is my fourth vendor on the job to troubleshoot a furnace at my rental. The first vendor to actually determine the issue! Grateful for his direct communication, kindness and overall knowledge. We are happy to learn that the two year old system just needed an extension on the venting. Other vendors stated the unit needed replacement. Thank hod I called for a fourth opinion. Great work!!

Travis was excellent, will try to use him again when I need a skilled plumber. All expectations were met or exceeded. I thought the price was too high (of course) and I didn't get the veterans discount that was discussed, but no big deal. I am happy with ABT and especially with Travis.

Thanks to Dennis and Jessie for coming out on such short notice! They repaired our furnace, and adjusted and cleaned it, installed our thermostat and the house is warming up nicely! Very professional! On time, courteous, and made sure everything was complete before they left! They had the repair parts on their truck so we didn't need a second visit. ABT gets an A+.
