Comfort plumbing was able to come assess our issue within a reasonable time frame and their contractor was courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue the first time out but also had a very detailed plan for what they would do next if needed. We will continue utilizing them as our preferred plumbing vendor for our Grass Valley home.

I called on Monday afternoon with a non-emergency plumbing issue and they were able to come out less than 48 hours later. They gave me a reminder call the night before and called the day of to say the previous job was finished early and asked if the could come to our house earlier than planned. The plumber, Allen, was very polite and got the job done quickly. The invoice had lots of detail about what he found and how he fixed it. I definitely recommend Comfort Plumbing.

These guys are the best in the business. Rhett and his crew are quick, knowledgeable, and honest. It’s pretty awesome when you have client call for an emergency leak and you are able to get someone out within an hour. They’ve done everything from plumbing an entire house to installing French drains to setting faucets for me. Each time it was a good experience.

We have two water heaters hooked up together in line. One of them went bad and had to be replaced. I called comfort plumbing and spoke with Kathy. She scheduled the install the very next day. Comfort Plumbing's technician, Allen, arrived on scene and on time. He was very professional, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He didn't waste any time. And it looks like he thoroughly enjoyed his job. He answered all of my questions. He cleaned the work area when he was done. And now we have a brand new water heater. Works great!
