I received a comprehensive evaluation of all of the things that needed to be done for a system that had not been updated in 35 years. Everything was explained, multiple options given and was able to schedule on the spot, and work out financial details. The install crew completed the job. Even addressed another plumbing issue while they were here. Competent and very personable guys.

I came home late one evening after a trip to find my water heater leaking badly, heavy condensation on windows and doors in my garage, and musty smells. I called Hammond Services early the next morning and they were at my house in just a couple of hours. Zachary did a great job, worked throughout the day nonstop to install a new tankless water heater, and was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Hammond and Zach, for fixing my situation so quickly and diligently.

Kevin and Mike did an awesome job. Hot water heater broke around 11 am. Called hammond right away and was at the house by 1:30 and fixed the same day! Great prices and even signed up for the diamond plan for the future. Great company! Great people!

Great job! He gave us advance notice of his arrival time and worked until about an hour later making a repair to our air conditioner. It works great. He was friendly and efficient. Good work!

After days without hot water and several estimates, I was so pleased my daughter chose Hammond services, from the consult to Installation, the team was proficient and professional. Tye was so patient and courteous with keeping us updated when there was a delay in delivery, he worked non stop and cleaned up so well after the job. Kevin was very professional. He evaluated the job. Explained my alternatives. Was very personable and listened to my side of the situation. His Solution covered the water heater, plumbing of water, gas and venting. Checked the pressure regulator at house and street pressure. He made a confident and competitive proposal. Offered to start the job immediately at 4:45 pm and worked until nearly nine to finish. Piping portion was first class. Then explained the adjustments and how this water heater was not only new but how it functioned. I highly recommend Kevin and Hammond Services.

I noticed rust in joints and rust barnacles on my old cast iron pipes in my basement. Justin Sweatt came out to assess the potential risks and solutions. He also ran a camera to check the sewage pipe to the street and let me watch to see the two sags in the pipe. He recommended replacement as soon as possible, provided a quick quote and possible financial assistance to help with cost of repairs. I’ve worked with Justin once before and I would highly recommend. We will likely work with Hammond on this upgrade.

Ben Vaughn was professional and finished the job quickly and did a great job repositioning my electrical outlet! I was luck enough for Ben to return for my last electrical project. I wanted to change out the builder grade fixtures. Ben once again is a very quick and thorough. The change in this room is something special.
