Pine Ridge Plumbing

Jacob of Pine Ridge Plumbing replaced the pipe that connects our house to the septic system. He did an excellent job. A few days after he finished we noticed that as a side effect of his work, the toilet was slightly crooked. If some previous occupant had installed the toilet flange properly (fastened it correctly to the floor), nothing Jacob did would have moved the toilet—so it wasn't really his fault. Nonetheless, he came back and fixed the toilet, fastening the flange to the floor with stainless steel screws. I definitely recommend Pine Ridge Plumbing.

Excellent service by Jacob. It is the second time we have relied on his service. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to get it done right the first time.

The plumber came out to locate a pipe with a special pipe locator device. Its didn't work as it was supposed to,,& the plumber admitted that an important part of the device had been lost on a previous job. He gave me an "approximate " location of the sewer pipe, but I won't know if it's exact, until I have my worker dig for it. Super nice fellow. But I'm disappointed he didn't have all the parts to the locator device. Had I known I would of called a different plumber who has a fully functional device. Mike Casso

While replacing part of my old pipes, Jacob removed my garden faucet, with drip system attached, without asking me or making me aware that he was going to do this.He has ignored phone calls, emails, and texts from me. He also said he’d return the day after his repairs to clean up mess he left, but he didn’t.

Jake was completely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very communicative. I feel so much more confident about the plumbing under my kitchen sink after Jake repaired it; he was so informative about what he was doing and why. He took care of all of the problems we had of which there were a number. He even quite possibly saved our lives as he detected a gas leak and fixed it for us. Very grateful for someone of his caliber. I will recommend him and Pine Ridge to everyone I know!
