I called on a Friday and they offered me two different times to come out and do a flush on my hot water heater. Dean came out to do the flush and came on time and did an outstanding job! Will definitely use again!!!

Had some issues with my water heater that I thought was going to be very very expensive. They found that the issue was something else and didn't charge me the original quoted amount which was much higher and way out of my budget. I'm glad they were honest about the issue as it didn't put me in debt. I'll be hiring them again for my future needs.

We were pleased with the work that Brian performed. He found the leak quickly and made the repair. He also recommended some future repairs and suggested we purchase a Flume Water Monitor that is placed on the water meter. I ordered it through Amazon and it was an easy DIY project. We will definitely call Plumbing Service Solutions in the future.

It's never fun having to call a plumber, but Plumbing Service Solutions made it as easy as possible. They were quick, on time, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Found Rami and his crew pleasant, professional and very efficient. He kept his word finished the job in good time and held the cost to what he initially estimated. I recommend him highly. A week later found a cracked pipe missed in the initial repairs. Rami's team returned and replaced it with a new pipe at no additional cost. He stands by his work.

They sent really nice guys who found solutions to get the job done when I didn't have all the parts. Personable and responsive to my needs. I also got 5 quotes for the job and they were the most reasonable. Will definitely use this company for my future needs as they are the best plumbers I've found in San Pedro--believe me, I've tried several!

I'm not sure of everyone's names but big shout outs and thank you to the owner and his crew. They came first thing in the morning and installed a new tub for us. Even before that they came out to do an evaluation and to speak with our handyman about the prep of the area. Everything went so smoothly and the crew was professional and very personable. Good service and expertise is important and hard to find. We will be using them again for any other plumbing needs!!!

Plumbing Service Solutions was fantastic! Noticed a small leak in my very old water heater. They were able to come out, diagnose, and replace with a new water heater the same day. I'm very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone who needs any work done in the area!
