Zachery is five star. He was on time and very professional, explaining the issue; and what it would take to repair the problem. Finished on time; and cleaned up the job site before leaving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

Todd did a great job cleaning the tub drain. Was very knowledgeable of the plumbing in my condo unit. He was on time and did a lot of clean up that wasn’t necessary because he was responsible for the mess in the first place. Would highly recommend that you use Todd for any plumbing needs you have.

I live in Irvine in SoCal’s Orange County. I’ve had Pristine Plumbing fix a few plumbing issues at my house over the last couple of years. I found them by a standard Google search and chose them based on the large number of very positive reviews. My experience has been no different. They are prompt, professional and peerless. Highly recommended!!

Had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Pristine. Our tankless heater was producing lukewarm water. We specifically asked for new filters as we knew they were in need of replacement - and likely a big part of the problem. Well, they came and charged $650 to flush out the 2 units (which helped a little). Then they diagnosed abour $3000 worth of other problems. I'm open to considering those other things, but we've asked numerous times for them to please replace the filters (and we're even willing to pay the $300 to do so) but they have been non-responsive. So, in summary, we were charged a lot, quoted A LOT MORE, and the main thing we asked for was not done.

Great company to deal with. Booking appointment was easy. Shane (technician) was very knowledgeable and professional. Company offered free diagnosis and although didn’t identify issue first time will come back for a secondary diagnosis.

Auxariera and his brother came out to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater . they exceeded beyond on getting the job done . They did not give up when there was few bits of bumps on this job. They did not quit they were determined to insure the job was handle professionally with care. They went beyond to make sure we got our hot water back. Very happy on result.

Rob Parsons was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was working on. He was efficient with his time and was in and out with all worked completed in less than 90 minutes from the time he knocked on the door and cleaned up. Really appreciate the work that was done. Will be going back to Pristine Plumbing and asking for Rob next time any plumbing issues arise.

Saved more than I spent. Pristine Plumbing has a customer focus and on reputation of fair services. I handle low level DIY plumbing issues myself at home. When its over my head I want Truthful pricing and repairs. I'm adding Pristine to my contacts. Their pricing was fair. Xavier was great. He informed me on one issue I had a zero cost fix and i then realized it was within my skill level. The previous company i hired wanted $500 for this toilet fix.The other tasks were handled by Xavier @Pristine too. I had same day service, fair pricing and a friendly experience. Saved to contacts.
