Our hot water heater stopped working. I called American Plumbing to inquire about repairing the existing hot water heater or upgrading to a tankless water heater. Ryan called back within 30-minutes to talk about general pricing for a tankless water heater and electrical upgrades needed. They then offered to stop by my home within 30-minutes to investigate the issue with the existing water heater. Ryan and Kelly showed up promptly. They were friendly and professional. They went down and were able to easily identify the issue and provided a reasonable quote for repair. They had the parts on hand and were able to resolve the issue within about 10-minutes. Ryan and Kelly showed me the issue, while also giving me recommendations for other considerations with my system. They processed payment immediately following the work. This was a seamless process and I am please with this company. I will definitely work with them again!

I had a clogged kitchen drain and I called at 4 in the afternoon. They responded within 10 minutes and scheduled me for first thing the next morning. American Plumbing called ahead ti let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and cleared the clogged within 30 minutes. They also stayed and made sure other drains were working properly before they left. Excellent experience!!!

Ryan was wonderful. His happy and helpful attitude was a plus. He did NOT charge an arm and a leg which was refreshing. He was courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable about the business at hand.

Kelly and Ryan were awesome! I called a little after 8 in the morning as I had a leak that was coming up in my carpet. They got back to me within 10 minutes and said they were in the middle of another job but would show by late morning at the latest. 30 minutes later I got a call saying they were on their way. Within 2 hours the job was done WAY over my expectations, No more plastic, very professional, shutoff within reach and they had to work both under the house and inside. Ryan and Kelly switched out our ancient water heater for a new one in just over an hour. They cleaned up when done, even fixed a kitchen faucet that was loose. These guys were very good!!
