I needed them to move a water heater from a bedroom closet to a utility room. The job took 3 days instead of 1, I had to replace a 2 year old water heater due to a leak? The vent on the new one looks messy, I had to hire a handyman to close off the old vent and repair the closet. The technician's were nice and polite. They cleaned up their mess and assured me that they were doing the right thing by replacing the (leaky?) Rheem water heater. I'm not a professional plumber so I don't know if it was going to fail on me or not so I just had to trust them and pay for a new water heater as well as move it to a safer location. I am satisfied with the service but this whole thing has cost me way too much.

Roto-rooter plumbing services helped us when our water intake pipe broke outside our house one night flooding garden and pavement. They were efficient, helpful, and very kind in accomodating us as an emergency. All the work was completed in record time and was perfecrt.
