I recently had an experience with this store while searching for a Kohler sink stopper for an upcoming property listing. Initially, my interaction with Domingo over the phone was quite pleasant. However, my experience took a disappointing turn during a subsequent call. After sending Domingo an email containing two photos of the sink stopper and the sink itself, I inquired about the differences between the chrome stopper he mentioned and the finish I had described in the email. Instead of addressing my request, he suggested I come to the store to examine it in person. I politely asked if he could take a photo of the chrome stopper and reply to my email with it, allowing us to assess its suitability remotely. Unfortunately, he declined, citing that he was assisting other customers. I then inquired if he could do so when the store was less busy, but received the same response: a firm "no." To my surprise, Domingo then abruptly stated, "I'm trying to be nice, but at this point, I don't care. Take it or leave it," and hung up. As a Realtor, I prioritize professionalism and courteous communication, especially with vendors. Therefore, I was disheartened by the level of customer service I encountered during this interaction. It is my hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service at this establishment.

Bought a sink faucet from the storefront and was able to have it installed within a week for a good rate. They were also able to fix a leaky faucet in the bathroom at the same visit. I was impressed with the ease of the technician’s repair given that another technician from a different company had said our disposal might have to be temporarily removed to install a new faucet.

Excellent service and selection of kitchen, bath and plumbing needs. Have been using this outfit for over a decade now—they install all parts very well for about $200 per visit—depending on extent of labor. I’d recommend Hansgrohe for faucet needs, and Toto for toilets. Hansgrohe has one of the best warranties (and it is NOT the same company as Grohe…..)

We did not engage Guy Plumbing for installation or repair in this particular case; we ordered fixtures for our general contractor to install as part of a project. Nevertheless, we were treated with courtesy and prompt service. We have, however, patronized Guy for many products and services over considerable time and found them to be competent and trustworthy.

The store is clean and has a good selection of faucets, sinks, etc. The people there are very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. We worked with Casey, who was great at helping us identify everything we needed for a bathroom remodel and a kitchen update, explained how various products differ, and really helped us get what we needed in short order. I highly recommend this store, and their plumbing services as well.

These guys are very professional and proactive. I had a gas leak going on at the same time that these guys were helping fix a toilet for us. Our plumber immediately sprung into action and helped identify the source. It's like I got a 2 for 1. Don't hesitate!

Excellent service as always! Gregg helped us with a leaky bathroom sink faucet. He came right when he said he would. He was super friendly and super knowledgeable. I'm moving to another state and can only hope I can find a plumbing service and plumber nearly as good as Gregg and the others at Wizard.
