Roman gave the most amazing customer service. He stayed until the job was completed without kind of extra charges. The work was absolute top quality and he has the best work ethic. We've always had really good luck with Rooter hero plumbers and we will continue to do business with this company.

Raymond did a great job. He didn’t stop until he got the job done. It was exceptional. I would highly recommend these guys especially this plumber in particular very good experience very clean. He cleaned the area very well when he was done!

Prompt , professional service! Raymond had to return t evaluate a part failure on a water heater that had been installed by another plumber over a year ago. He installed the parts sent by the manufacturer on Sunday and on Monday the new part failed again. Raymond explained the problem and instructed me as to how to handle it. Manufacturer will be sending out new replacement parts which I will have Rooter Hero reinstall. Until then, no hot water! (Edit) The second set of parts sent by the manufacturer failed two days later! I contacted Rooter Hero and Raymond returned on his day off to take a look at the water heater. He explained the situation and I agreed that the water heater had to be replaced. Raymond was able to get me a good deal and the unit was installed the next day. We finally have hot water after two weeks!

Our technician, Daniel Rosas was fantastic to work with! He took his time assessing our property to make sure to give us the accurate quote for their services. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had regarding the cleaning process. At the time of service, he worked efficiently and safely! Great company! Came within 30 minutes of me calling about my problem. Raymond was very efficient on his duties & did a great job. Gregory the supervisor was here as well and was assisting Raymond with his duties. Highly recommendable.

Great work for an unexpected problem. Leo was courteous, respectful and cleanly when it came to taking care of my home. Byron was also exceptional and was able to get the job done in a fast and professional manner. I would definitely hire them again.

Bryan was extremely wonderful. Hard worker. Friendliest and most professional plumber that I have encountered. Dan, the supervisor was smart in figuring the issue that no other plumbers were able to do in the past 2 years. It’s only been a couple of weeks since the work was completed so hopefully everything continues to work properly. These guys are expensive but very professional.
