I highly, highly recommend Mark for any plumbing work you may need. He did a fantastic job in pulling out our toilet, descaling our drain and getting everything in proper working condition. He even showed me as we put the camera scope down the drain both before and after to see the difference the flex shaft made on our pipes. Night and day improvement. On top of all that Mark’s pricing is fantastic for the quality of work he does. Absolutely my go to plumber!

I highly recommend Pro Power Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.! I had a CAT problem, not related to plumbing or drains, it was stuck in my living room heater vent! I posted about it asking for help on a Facebook Group and Pro Rooter Plumbing offered to come out in -15 degree weather to PEYTON and help take out the stuck cat.! Although we didnt get it out, he did leave the vent wide enough for the cat to crawl out, while being lured with cat food! He tried everything he could to get the poor cat out.! I appreciate him coming out “at no charge” to me just to come help.! Thank you for all you did! :-)

He spared no effort to unclog my kitchen sink and he also repaired the leak and other unstable pvc pipes under the sink. The clog was over 60 feet from the sink and was due to grease plus egg shells, very stubborn. If I ever have a need for such services again this guy is going to get the call.

Mark was able to come clear our clogged toilet and was very thorough. He ran several tests to make sure the problem was resolved and gave us hints to be sure it didn’t happen again. We asked lots of questions and he explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. He stuck to his quote and left the bathroom clean.

I had an old sump pump that started smelling really badly on a Saturday afternoon. After waiting 7+ hours for maintenance through my property management, I started calling around. Not one "big name" 24 hour plumber was available asap, some didn't even answer their phone. Mark texted me back after missing my call. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking me through the steps to help diagnose the problem, so he could get it taken care of in a timely manner for me. He showed up at 115am! Our basement floor drain was backing up and overflowing. Mark was upfront and clear about his process and fees and came out on short notice, late at night in the snow and fog and worked until about 1am to clear our drain. Very responsive, professional, friendly, thorough, honest, and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him and we will definitely call him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Mark was responded very quickly when I reached out needing a water heater repair on a weekend in the evening. My dog had chewed through multiple wires and the damage was worse than we initially thought. Despite the difficulty of the repair, Mark was very upfront and reasonable about costs the entire time. He was also very kind about teaching me/ telling me what he was doing along the way. I felt as though he did quality work and did his best to ensure long-term solutions. Great guy, great work, super reasonable prices and HONEST service.

I called Mark on Friday afternoon for a diagnosis on rapid backup issues in the primary bathroom. He quickly got back to me with his possible diagnosis and came out the same night to investigate the mainline blockage and clear it out. After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out.
