After we got home late, we found a leak in the ceiling. They sent us a technician named Jorge who seemed nice at first. But then he became creepy and tried to get us to pay him cash to do the job. When we insisted we needed to pay by credit card he became rude and agitated. I wouldn’t use this company in the future.

They sent us a plumber named George who was supposed to be a professional. He was rude, then offered to do the job for cheaper on the side. We were intimidated and decided not to do business with this company.

They recently did a main line repair and did a fantastic job. Hector is the best! They had the best price out of three companies, and they didn't ask me to write a 5-star review for a discount like some other local San Diego plumbing companies... I wrote it because they did such great work!

I have owned my home for 35 years and was never able to rehire a plumber due to lack of performance quality. I hired a new company each time hoping their work matched their claims! Plumbing requires precision and American Ally and their technician, William deliver it. William just finished another project, major kitchen re-plumb. He not only determines the best pipe layout but his soldering skills are unmatched, very clean and secure. He’s professional, dependable, timely in his work, keeps the work area clean, and arrives on schedule every time! His next project-demo the shower floor to replace the 50 year old drain. William plumbs the right way not the short cut way. The quality and integrity of his work has given me complete confidence in his finished products.

We recently started doing airb&b, so there's going to be expected plumbing issues........because, people. Anyway, we had a recent problem with the toilet & tub backing up. Our host contacted American Ally & they were quick to respond - within a couple hours! Adriel, the tech, came out & assessed the problem & had it resolved in no time. He could've gouged us on the work/price, knowing it was an airb&b & we weren't around but he actually saved us money by finding an alternative method to clear the blockage that was more cost effective. The receptionist, Rosie, was also friendly & helpful! Fair price, warranted work, friendly, professional, responsive - are just some of the reasons I will keep their number on my list of professionals to call the next time they're needed. Thank you

There’s was a leak in my bathroom and they sent over William! He was able to resolved the issue in a timely manner! He was super friendly and was on time! Very knowledgeable with how to fix the problem! Definitely will be using you guys because of his service! Plus it’s was affordable too!

Stay away. Quoted ~$1,400 for a job that only required replacement of 2 cartridges. Got another quote from an experienced licensed and bonded plumber who quoted and fixed the problems + an additional leaking sink drain for $400 all in the same day. Don't buy the claims of inflation and increased supply/labor costs. They are just plain greedy. Edited on 09 JUN in response to business owner reply: I own property in the area. Your company provided a bid for repairs that included items+extra labor that were not necessary. The fact that are calling me a liar makes your business even worse in my book. Now I'll be sure to continue to share this experience I had your company with other neighbors/friends and property owners.

First this company went way beyond a basic service. A waterline broke and they had to find out where it was dig the ground out and make a trench to get to where the leak was. Jayden worked for over 9 hours to locate the leak. Then from 10pm-140 am the owner came up to help with another plumber and they worked and stayed until we had water. Jayden worked so hard. Didn’t stop for a break but to call In updates . He was professional courteous and very mindful of the property while trying to solve a very difficult leak. Clean up was very nicely done and this is the completed job. 100% satisfied.
