Gotelli Plunbing is the BEST. They always get the job right. As a property manager and owner of many property's they are consistently on time, diagnose the issue correctly and do the work properly so inever have to deal with the issue again!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our cold water stopped and boiler started leaking on Sunday afternoon, by 9:30am Monday the Gotelli team arrived, identified the the issue, and replace the boiler in a few hours. The whole team was professional and friendly. Truly excellent service. Thank you!

The plumber, Steve, was great. Very friendly and professional. He added a gas shut off value to our range in the kitchen. The part cost approximately $20 and he was here for exactly one hour. The cost of the repair was $622. That’s about $600 for one hour of labor. It’s ridiculous how much Gotelli charged for this job. I had no choice but to have them do it, as I had other services scheduled for the same day following this repair.

I am a member of Gotelli plumbing, paying monthly to have such status. I was on the brink of cancelling my service and membership until Tom Robertson was assigned to solve an issue I was having. He is the perfect example of hands on experience is vitally important. He arrived, assessed the issue and was transparent and honest in his opinions of how to treat the issue. While I was dissatisfied/frustrated (and still am) with the initial call, the company worked with me thru Tom to find a fair and practical solution for which I am appreciative. Because of this approach and for Tom's abilities to assess and fix, I have decided to continue with Gotelli.
