Our whole toilet tank valve and emergency shutoff needed to be replaced immediately to avoid a mess. James worked diligently with us on pricing over a few phone calls. On site, Ismael explained exactly what needed to be done and how and why. We have avoided a bigger issue in the future because of the knowledge Ismael provided. If we ever need plumbing services again, we will be calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing and hoping to be helped by James and Ismael.

I have Add 4 different plumbing companies to my house. The past 2 large projeit was not treated properly and miss Ladd. It seemed that everybody found. More Adam's, even when they didn't perform on the initial. I met John Rocco at Mr. Reader. Gave me a fair price and even assisted me with the airs of previous plumbers shotty jobs.I will continue to work with john Rocco on all future project's. I've followed. I finally found trust. I'm plumbing for the first time in 2 years. John job well done.

I had a back-up washing line. Ismael from Mr. Rooter was excellent. He gave me quotes for different options and provided his recommendation. He waited for me to run another load of laundry to ensure that the line was cleared.

Ismael came to the rescue of our kitchen sink today. We were so grateful to have a professional, on time, thorough plumber to tackle the job. What we thought was an easy fix turned out to be a bigger job, but the way we were walked through our options was great. The lead on our project was Felix Marin who was patient and creative with a solution to fit our price point. The team he had with him, Jose, Manuel and Rodrigo were really efficient and respectful. John Rocco came to inspect the work a day after completion which was efficient and effective.
