Redwood Pipe & Drain is the best plumbing resource in Santa Cruz. Over the years, we’ve had a full house re-pipe and sewer, new on-demand water heater, some gas line work and a whole-house filter installed by them. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them on the water heater and filter. Always prompt, professional and friendly service. 5 stars 100%

On time, amazing communication, great explanations of the service prior to starting, nice staff, charged what they bid, cleaned up everything like they were never there, flexible with different payment methods and timeframes if needed, showed us how to use the system and followed up after the job was done. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the awsome service I recieved from Redwood Pipe & Drain. All of the folks there were professional from the get-go. Britney gave me a quote over the phone for replacement of my hot water heater and disposal of the old one. It was a fair quote, so I called them back that evening. Brett was here the next morning & within 3 hours I had hot water! I found him to be very knowledgeable, polite, clean and efficient. Mike came by to check on the situation, he was thoughtful & innovative. We discussed some other issues including the old galvanized pipes and lack of a water softener. Brett took some photographs of the pipes. That very evening, they sent quotes for copper replacements & a new softener. I am happy to have finally found my forever plumbers ! I am looking forward to working with these folks on the next phase of my Plumbing renovation! 👍Lynda

Great experience with these folks. From the time Brittni picks up the phone to the time the work is performed, the customer service is first rate. Their folks are timely, responsive and do good work. Finding good contractors is a challenge, but based on my experience these folks set themselves apart in terms of customer service and quality. Glad to have found them.
