Jones Plumbing did an excellent work on a leak in my main service line. I called into their office and their dispatcher, Kelsy, was super sweet. She explained the entire process, broke down the pricing for me, and set me up on the first slot available. The crew arrived early, and both Collin and Aiden were friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood the price. Then, made sure that they understood what I needed before they got to work. They dug a hole, diagnosed the issue, repaired it with high quality parts, and had it wrapped up as quickly and efficiently as possible. All in the bitter January cold. They stayed to make sure that the replacement would hold and then cleaned up the mess. This crew is dedicated to their trade, they helped me in any way they could, and they’ll get my business every time.

I just wanted to thank Jones Plumbing Services for coming out to repair a water leak in the master bathroom. The two young gentleman were very professional, knowledgeable and well mannered. They were able to schedule service immediately and the job was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Called them on Dec 23 with in 2 hrs they showed up. Had to come back today which is Christmas Eve. Told me he would be there at 8am 7:59 showed up. It was a very difficult clog and I had almost given up be Collin Jones ( a young man) didn’t give up and got the job done. Very impressive work done! And it is Christmas Eve too. But he got it done. Saturday morning at my lake house trying to enjoy my weekend and my kitchen sink just would not drain. I called a couple of companies, but they were backed up. Called Jones plumbing and he came right out. Collin was polite, professional, prompt and fixed my problem like a pro. Highly recommend this company! Ask for Collin, he was awesome!
