Service was not finished clean outs left open re clogged in days owner was rude yelling at me not taking responsibility for the mess and hung up on me

Hi Shannon, Service was finished on 12/19/23. We cleared the sewer line and tested that it had proper flow. That was the completion of our service. When we first came out in 2018, we gave you an estimate to repair several issues with your line. You chose to not have us return for the repair. We went over all of this on 12/19 and noted on your invoice that there would be no warranty for clearing the line. When we received the call today, stating that it had backed up again, we were more than willing to come back out. I understand that being charged for a service was not what you wanted to hear, but as we explained on our previous visit, and on the phone today, the problem with your line can not be fixed by just clearing it.

Everything in the house was backed up -- toilets, sinks, shower. And on a weekend! Fortunately, Amador Plumbing came quickly, within an hour of my call, as promised. Turned out to be roots blocking the venting pipe from the house to the septic tank. Quick diagnosis and clean root removal work!

My hot water heater failed and flooded my garage on Saturday afternoon at about 4:30. I called Amador Plumbing and got an immediate response with an estimate. By 7:00 o'clock I had a new working hot water heater installed for what I thought was a good reasonable price. Ron and Nicole did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
