Called for one issue and they fixed two other issues at the same time. Great service, the technician was very professional. Did not feel ripped off and that the technician made sure I got the best deal available. Definitely will call them in the future.

Aaron from Simpson Plumbing came right over when I thought we had a major leak. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a gutter leak, and he also found a broken overflow pipe. He quickly repaired the pipe, made sure not to track anything into the house, and he explained everything to me. Excellent service!

Very professional! I appreciated the text prior with a picture of the person that will be coming to my house and letting me know that he was in route. Took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and the results after flushing my tankless water heater. Service tech was very professional and courteous.

Horrible customer service!!! Simpson plumbing came out to my house which had a plumbing issue, they had already pretty much knew would need the pipes replaced. Came to the house, charged for the call (that they knew they would not be able to fix) then preceded to say we don’t have time to fix this, here is another plumber you can call! If they knew they couldn’t do it then why even come out! Yes, they knew since the service guy who came out said with the age of the house his boss had already figured what was wrong. A simple phone call to cancel the appointment and say we can not accommodate the old pipe issue

Simpson had a quick response to my immediate need. Aaron showed up and was very professional. I had leaks in all three toilets at my home. I was paying my bill and found that it was double what I usually pay. I had the material to fix them but could not find the time to do it. They came in and used my material and fixed it at a great price.

I was referred to Simpson by two different very good friends. And I am glad that they recommended them. I called Simpson for the leak in my slab foundation, they were out here promptly the next morning at 9:30 to assess the problem. They were upfront about their charges and costs, which were extremely reasonable. And the following day they showed up at 9:30 in the morning ready to solve my plumbing problem, Which they had repaired in about two hours. They were polite, thoughtful, and extremely professional. They were also very easy to deal with for payment as well as scheduling. I cannot say enough good things about Simpson plumbing. I’m so glad that my friends recommended them to me. And I would definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that I might have. Excellent work and an excellent company.

Aaron was on time. Very knowledgeable. He found the root cause for the leak under my sink in the first visit. The dishwasher hose needed to be changed. It was ordered and fixed in the second visit. No mess, friendly service. We really appreciate how Ruth from their office kept us informed of the details of the order and delivery of the dishwasher hose and kept the whole process connected with seamless scheduling for us. Everything was taken care of. Quality service!
